Stayed for a week, until 28/05/2025. From arrival this was a promising place, first and not least because of the friendly security staff (Esther especially, a legend and a legendary talker. What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.

I see no room for improvement, this place is nearer perfect than any place I have stayed at before.

Everything was wonderful and certainly somewhere I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The only downside that I did not realize was there is no elevator and we were put in a top floor room so the stairs to get up and down especially when you have to carry luggage or groceries was treacherous. I don’t consider myself handicap but my back is not good so I recommend putting in for ADA accessible if you have any health reasons so you can be on the first floor.

I stayed at various condos around this location and this was the best for Staff, cleanliness, size of the room and very quit. My Wife and I liked the screen in porch. The staff was very quick to respond to all our needs and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice and the water heated perfectly particularly for February. The pool water was treated properly and the water did not burn my eyes when I open them. Well done.

The only thing is I wish there was a paper list of channel selections instead of going to the menu on the TV which constantly moves and changes.

Everything, literally, everything, what an amazing place. Have you ever been to a place that there is nothing to complain about? This is it, if you would like to have a hassle free holiday or short stay, just stay here and everything, everything was immaculate and great, the garden was beautiful, many birds around, view to the lake at the back and many amenities like a pool and small shop. The property is very well maintained.

There was some dust on the corner on the carpet, I am very detailed focused and this was the only thing I could find. However, everything else was emasculate, shining like stars! Well done to the cleaning team at this property.

The staff was excellent. The pool facilities were good, plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and shaded areas. The grounds were very well kept.

The room had no USB outlets, therefore a travel adapter is essential. The corridors to the rooms could have been better kept, required washing and brushing. The pool was very noisy, especially late at night, our room faced onto the pool and residents, on several occasions, were very loud.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. The only complaint I have is the pushy sales rep trying to get us to do a time share presentation. I did not appreciate being text multiple times about it, or having to hear her spill to get my parking pass.

We loved everything about this hotel from the staff who couldn’t do enough to help us, the cleanliness of the rooms and resort and the location. We usually stay at a Disney resort but prefer staying here now. This hotel is like a deluxe Disney hotel without the Disney theming. We are so sad our stay has come to an end and will 100% be booking to come back. It’s like our second home now.

Since my recent accident I am unable to walk distance and can't do steps well. I messaged booking.com and I actually called the Hotel after sent messages to make sure that I have a place on the bottom floor, the host at the desk told its not guaranteed when I checked in after some time he got me first floor suite. This suite the shower I was unable to hold on like the suite I had in June was perfect I was able to hold on and move around. This time the kitchen had small ants maintenance came to spray. I will need to look at other options next year.

we loved- the huge size of the unit the kitchen had very nice appliances including a very nice coffee maker and blender numerous extra towles were left available as well as t paper and kleenex there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom there was screened balcony area the grounds were decorated extensively for the holidays the property had a secruity guard at the entrance gate as well as security patroling in golf carts the location is very close the dining and shopping we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath room without even asking

This delightful resort is everything you could want and more. Exceptional grounds (and Christmas decorations) staff of a standard I've rarely met anywhere in the world, and situated perfectly for shops, outlets, theme parks, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartments are equipped with everything you can think of. I can't speak highly enough of this resort.
