I liked that the one representative figured it out n go us in.

Unorganized I paid for a room n they didn’t see that I was the one from the day before n they checked the rooms and things left wasn’t returned or mentioned. Two violation parking tags were put on my car when what was told to me y that was is because I never received a parking pass which I wasn’t aware of which that is their job to make sure that all guests are properly taking care of. I felt discriminated n unwelcome. Makes me want to give a bad review. But because the representative who helped me was so helpful( i liked to her) so I want to say because of her service I felt good. When she left it went down hill from there.

Brand new, super clean modern layout, easy access location and amazing parking . The front desk Was super friendly and willing to accommodate my needs and even Gave me a better room then originally booked !!! Highly recommend and will be thrilled to stay with this and their other locations very pleased and looking forward to seeing them again!

Better breakfast would be cool but for free who’s going to complain , great coffee !!!

It was much cleaner than I thought it would be. . Very easy to pay and the room was spacious.

An argument ensued right in front of our door on the first floor. A husband and wife sound like they were arguing with a. I would suggest asking to be put on the second floor

The room was comfortable for me.I enjoy the space in the room. I like how it was nice and clean. Smoke free room. The bathroom was nice. Good water pressure. Close to the Astros stadium.

Danny at the front desk is very friendly and on top of things. Staff is friendly and accommodating, Rooms are the cleanest, facilities and grounds are kept very clean.
