We stayed for just over two weeks and minus the random little things not working the overall stay and hotel would have been at the top of our list for cheaper hotel options and would have most likely been our go to it we ever needed to stay someone in Houston and close to home. BUT the room above us for 8 days/nights had two kids that ran laps through that room from sun up to sun down. Stomping as they ran and I swear body slamming each other like they were paid professionals of the WWE. We let the office know every night usually between the hours of 12am-4am and all that was done each time was a phone call to their room. Which as you can imagine did nothing 90% of the time. We didn’t bother going to the office during the day and complaining. We should have been moved to a different room, or some sort of compensation should have occurred for us not being able to sleep for a full week and having to leave during the day to get any peace.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Location was convenient, access to multiple restaurants. They had a waffle machine. Beds were cozy.

Pork was the only meat option available for breakfast. One staff member was a bit standoffish. There is a constant language barrier or at appeared that way, (She could not speak or understand English or May have ignored me or brushed me off due prejudices) FYI: sometimes a particular racial group pretend to not know English so they do not have to communicate or assist with a certain ethnic group of people) When I need assistance or asked a question the lady in breakfast area was never able assist anyway leaving me to consistently go to and ask the front desk. either way they should have staff that are friendly, eager and willing to help, and who can also understand English and speak it.

Spa tub and bed was big and spacious.

Room smell could have been better. Luckily, I keep smell goods in my bag when I travel.

It was clean comfortable place to stay for a working professional. No issues what so ever. Breakfast was part of the deal but it was never advertised at the time of booking, something for the management to consider. Overall great value for money

Overall cleanliness of the corridors, rooms had vinyl floor, which was great but the carpets in the corridors didn't give a very clean feeling. I had to commute to downtown for work meetings, and traffic was horrible during peak hours

I did not like the fact that even though a continental breakfast was advertised, the property did not serve anything at all.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, laundry room functional, no safety/security issues, convenient location; all in all a good place to stay.

Minor stuff; highway noise in the north side room. Television channels were missing the best local station for morning traffic reports. Plates for the breakfast barely held the waffles; bigger plates or a smaller waffle iron.

Okay no matter the condition of the property these guys were getting a good review. There was a horrible storm and the power went out all over town and they stuck it out with me.

We spent the 2023 new year's eve at the hotel. The room we reserved was not available so they upgraded us to a room with a Massage bathtub 😊😂. My 4 years old daughter was playing in it all the day. The room was clean and spacious. Car parking is available too.

What we did not like that during the night (2 am) the next room decided to use the massage bathtub which was very loud and we couldn't sleep. We had to call the receptionist to ask them to stop the noise. Also, the location is not very close to the city center.
