Location, generally well maintained . This actually goes with the next question. We had issues with the consistencies of channel channels with the TV remote. Front desk attendant came to the to check it out. Briefly worked, but not consistently. Rm 107. It was missing the firm plastic back on the remote. Some kind of adhesive patch had been placed of the batteries. I don’t think they were making good contact to make it work! I asked, if it could be replaced by another one. She said “no,” it works and left the room.She said don’t have others. We gave up. We were there two nights.

The woman at the front desk was very accommodating. We were a little early but she got us a room. She was helpful with answering questions and taking care of any problems. We were missing a hairdryer and a chair in our room when we checked in but maintenance came to our room within 10 minutes of reporting this and delivered both. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, breakfast was good, and fitness room was sufficiently equipped and spacious. Great stay at a much lower price than most others paid who attended the same conference. Good location.

the breakfast was delicious. they had texas shaped waffles. couldn’t get any better. also very clean, guy at front desk is super helpful and nice. it’s also in a great location with food, grocery stores and more literally next door.

air conditioner could be a little cooler considering the temperature outside, but it’s still comfortable. also wish they had smart tvs so i could watch some streaming services, but it’s not that serious.

location and overall newness of the property. also I like that the staff was pretty nice and I was able to do late checkout and they gave me toothbrushes and toothpaste for free

the room had kinda weird smell and the facility seems a lil outdated with one elevator that doesn’t seem very sturdy

Staff was very helpful. Evening young guy was very friendly and try to help as he can to resolve our problem , room was very cold and heater was not working hotel was completely sold out so was no way to change room so he provided a couple quilts and was just fine but next morning problem was solve .

People outside smoking marihuana all day and without any shame right outside of main door with families coming in with children.

The cleaning staff was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is simple and delicious. We love how it’s pet friendly and met a few furry friends.

The was roaches in one of our rooms. It said no smoking but the people next to us were and we told the person at the desk and didn’t do nothing. We had to switch the cards everyday.

Very central location, good place

the pool was dirty, the host was asked to please clean it but it was not properly maintained, it had sediment, bugs and the water was not clear. It was noticeable that the pool had not been maintained for several days and the host was not kind or concerned about my stay so I could enjoy the pool.

When a person pays for hotel. It’s is seriously wrong to force them to pay additional parking. Additional parking fee was forced to be paid “only” to make money from rodeo! That’s wrong !!

We don’t like the hotel to make extra money from an opportunity like rodeo!

It was in a good area and had a big refrigerator

In my sisters room there was spilled ranch on the floor and you can tell it had been there for some time next the a cabinet. The curtain rod was falling down. I got to the breakfast a bit late and while waiting for my toast the lights were just turned off on me with no explanation

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. AND THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. EASY ASSESS TO THE FREEWAY.

I CALLED BECAUSE MY GRANDSON HAD LEFT A STUFFED ANIMAL WE HAD JUST PURCHASED THE NIGHT BEFORE. I INQUIRED TO HAVE SOMEONE LOOK AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WERE FOUND. I WAS INSTRUCTED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK AFTER THE DESIGNATED CHECK OUT TIME.
