The location of this hotel is fantastic, without realizing it when I made the booking, I hit gold with the location and was central to all of the activities that I had planned. Breakfast was good, there were a variety of options, and the staff were very helpful when I asked for only boiling water, which I needed to add to my supplements. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and free breakfasts are always a winner and make ones travel that much easier. There were loads of space in the room for me to have 3 suitcases all open, next to each other, and they didn't get in my way.

Their restaurant. Unfortunately, the ability of some staff to understand English is lacking. I needed to order dinner and so I asked for a burger, but without certain ingredients on it (as I do not eat them)... What I landed up getting what sometime ENTIRELY different to what I had ordered. The staff were amazing when I complained, went to preparing me a new meal, and once again, that was wrong - so I just landed up picking off the items I did not eat and a LOT of food went to WASTE because of it. Sadly, when traveling, if one is highly allergic to dust and dust mites (that live in pillows) one has to suffer the consequences of a snotty nose - so make sure to carry your nose sprays.

The suite has plenty of room with a separated bedroom which is convenient for family vacations. The location and the restaurant onsite were also good. The staff was friendly and responsive. For breakfast the buffet has custom omelets station which was great and a good plus.

The bathtub 🛁 was patched up and should probably be replaced. We paid an extra for the breakfast included option, but that did not work out as expected. First, the included breakfast gives a voucher to use at the restaurant, next, only the adults got vouchers so we needed to pay out of pocket for the kids (well, you wouldn't let the kids hungry would you?). In addition, breakfast hours aren't the same during weekdays, the restaurant closes at 10 AM on weekdays and 11 AM during weekends. Day 2 we showed up at 10 and could not get anything.

The property was nice and clean

The staff wasn’t so nice at the front desk or in the restaurant I was ignoring several times and at the bar I just walked off and didn’t get anything. She seen me there. I asked her about a drink and she walked off, so I decided I didn’t want anything and walked up as well when I first walked into Check in it was too ladies, checking in was actually checking someone in and the other was standing and she seen me and never asked me or said anything to me and then someone else walked up. She helped them I was like wow I was standing here.

From the front desk staff to the aesthetics of the front lobby, this property carried a sense of class for the value it was charging. The location was nice being off I-10 and was only a 14 minute drive to Minute Maid park. I appreciated that the hotel had an actual bar and restaurant, made for a nice chance to unwind at the end of the night. I was hesitant to book in certain areas due to recent upticks in cars being broken into however, the property felt safe and the cars were all taken care of in the gated lot.

The only real fault I found was that the air conditioning units in the room work on these automatic heat pumps that’ll switch off or onto heat if left above 74-75 degrees. Made for a muggy experience coming back to the hotel room but was fixed quickly after we readjusted the AC.

It was an easy check-in, the king suite was huge and comfortable with 2 bathrooms, was an unexpected surprise. The bed was very comfortable. The checking out was easy as well. Didn't get to use the bar or breakfast buffet downstairs but the lobby was really nice. Great location, they have free parking but we took an Uber to drink downtown. Will definitely be back.

The A.C. unit was really loud and old. The rugs were really old in the hallways. There was construction equipment and vehicles around the front of the building with nothing sectioned off. Dangerous everything was left out.

I felt safe, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We rented two rooms and had to move to a third due to an overwhelming bas smell all the rooms have. One of the rooms still had a wet carpet until later the next day. These rooms have musty smell due to the lack of fresh air after cleaning the carpet. The staff was accommodating by moving us to another room but forgot our small refrigerator requested. The third room wasnt as clean as the first two

We loved the size of the room. There was enough room for us to move around comfortably and not feel like we were all smushed.

We were next to a room that says staff only and when we were getting ready for bed you could hear them moving things around probably getting stuff ready for the next day. Kind of wish that since I booked for 4 that the breakfast covered us 4 not just 2 of us since we would of ended up paying 40 more dollars for my kids to eat there we just went else were.

The hotel is located centrally along the I10 and 610 interchange with easy access to Uptown/Galleria area, Memorial Park, MId-town and Museum District. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Generous size room with comfortable bed. Typical amenities.

Furnishing in the room was a bit outdated, but was quite adequate.

The location off the freeway was great! You didn’t have to navigate all through Houston to get to the location! A lot of available open free parking and if you’re there looking for fun a huge entertainment mall across the freeway!

The elevators were down to 2 and with staff also needing the elevators if 4 people were in the elevators they were crowded, it could take you 2-3 passes before you, your guests and luggage could take an elevator! For it to only be 6 floors there should be more elevators or it should be faster!

The suite we stayed is spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom is bigger than your normal hotel ones, and it also has a good size no-stove "kitchen" area, and these makes it very family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also at a good location. The lobby has a business center. Overall it meets or exceed my expectation and worth the cost.

An electric kettle in the "kitchen" for boiling water would be a great addition. Several glassses rather than all plastic/paper cups in the room would be a good-to-have. Living room has no ceiling light. No vent in the bathroom. The swimming pool is kind of small.
