The area is secluded room service was good there pool is clean and nice to view & I liked the short lady that worked at night she was nice I didn't get her name but she was nice

I didn't like that every time I left my room I had to keep getting a key the day ppl was kind of rude if I'm telling u my key card doesn't work obviously I reserved to stay there he re asked me for my i.d & looked up my stay with them like I've been here for some time why do I have to do that but other than that it was an okay stay

The cleaning staff was fast and so nice! Also the costumer service and southern hospitality was amazing I almost forgot I was in houston! Room was vary nice and spacious.
