My room was clean. Roomy. Bathroom a little dated but clean. Huge windows to view outside. Enjoyed the chairs and small table nook.

I ordered the spinach and artichoke appetizer with pita chips. The chips were over fried. The appetizer itself was too heavy on the cheese and too light on the vegetables. Pita cfips should be served warmed but not fried.

The location was perfect for us , and we very much enjoyed breakfast each morning in the restaurant. Great food! The restaurant staff clearly loved their jobs and took time to talk with us. Comfortable room and beds. Also a dedicated covered parking garage which offers more security than open parking.

The hotel is in need of an update, but this is why the prices are very reasonable.

The staff at the property was nice

It was not very clean, stains in carpet, cobwebs in the ceilings. Stains on the bathroom floor as well as the toilet would not flush. The down comforter looked as if it had stains on the inside of it. We had to take it off the bed because it looked very contaminated.

There was security in the parking lot/garage. We didn’t have to worry about vandalism or theft to our vehicle. Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us a complimentary drink/appetizer since it was our first visit there. We didn’t get to use it, but the thought was nice :)

No complaints.

Travelled alone over a weekend. The lady running the bar was very friendly and welcoming, as where the rest of the staff in the hotel. I had a late flight on the Monday and the staff where happy enough to provide a late check out with no issues. Always my first choice hotel when I travel to Houston

Room was updated

Room was upgraded, but no microwave and refrigerator until asked. I think it should've been there without asking. TV kept going black and had to call front desk to come fix it.

Location for our purpose was great. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is older, but has a character. Breakfast was very nice.

The bathroom needs an update, has no exhaust fan.

Had security up in front liked how it was its own parking garage!! All doors need card access which is nice Very clean elevator don't smell like cigar smoke like others also nice service on front desk

Very clean and staff was very friendly

If you park in the parking garage and have to park on the upper level you have to take the stairs down to the 1st level because there is no elevator. That can be tough and dangerous if you have a lot of luggage.

I needed Creamer for my coffee. One hospitality specialist walked right past as I asked her where I could get some. I right it was rude. But I got it from the desk.
