The lobby was clean and inviting, all of the staff was helpful and attentive, and the rooms were very comfortable for a short stay. Our room was quiet and clean with a lot of natural light. The parking was sufficient and we felt our vehicle was safe overnight.

The hallways outside of the rooms were quite humid, but it's a very minor inconvenience compared to the rest of the facility. It's summer in Houston, humidity is a given, I would say! There seemed to be a lot of children at the time of our stay, but I wouldn't say the hotel is "kid-centric," just something I noticed.

The breakfast was very good. A changing offering of hot foods such as oatmeal, scrambled eggs, egg sandwich eggs, bacon, pork sausage, turkey sausage, tiny quiches, etc. They had make-your-own waffles with your choice of maple syrup or blueberry compote with whole blueberries! The typical choice of cold cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, etc. Coffee, cocoa, tea, milk, chocolate milk, OJ and apple juice.

They had a bar which was never open.

Website advertises a bar area but d/t staff arrangements the bar was not in use during my stay. Didn’t like that it wanted you to join/sign up to enjoy the complimentary WiFi.

The staff was excellent and extremely nice and helpful. The overall room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. We weren’t sure what the quality of the hotel would be like since we got it at such a cheap rate but we loved it ! Will 100% stay here again for future events !

There were some areas in the hotel including our room that were dirty but you can’t expect everything to be 100%. It was hard trying to connect to the wifi and we weren’t able to log into Netflix which was a bummer. There weren’t many channels to watch on the cable tv as background noise but we made it work. This is our only complaint !

the convenience of the location and overall cleanliness of the building was A++. I had a room right next to the elevator but the way the rooms are built i didn’t hear a single thing, even with a friday-saturday stay. will 100%stay here again.

it was really hot in the hallways of the rooms. it also had a musty smell in the room not because it was dirty but because it just seemed like it was left to be hot/humid. this is the only complaint i have, everything else was wonderful and clean.

Everything was amazing! Vanessa was the best ever, super friendly and polite. We will definitely stay here our next trip.

The bed really needs to be reaplaced. It was a king size bed, and it sunk in the middle, which was not comfortable.

Friendly staff. The breakfasts were excellent The chef kept dishes full and tables clean he even cleared tables He was very kind ! Thank you to him !

Think the bathrooms could use a bit of cleaning especially in the showers

Good hotel, the rooms were clean and everything in the room worked as it should.
