Location was centrally located to where we needed to be, 5 mins away from good shopping and dining area. Very quiet property despite being so close to the interstate.

The staff was rude from the moment I checked us in. We arrived early in the morning (after 4am) and I was immediately told “check in is at 3pm.” I let the front desk clerk know that I had previously reached out to the property and made arrangements to check in early, and was once questioned again “who did you talk to” obviously someone from the property. After that he did not say another word to me other than handing me my room key and letting me know my room number. I get that it’s early in the morning, but your staff needs some training in proper customer service.

I traveled alone but my room was great perfect for solo or couple travels. Large suite, comfortable king size bed. Desk for work if needed. Love seat to relax and read. Large TV. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Offered quick but good Breakfast. I did not have or rent a car, so I used car service which added to be a little pricy depending on the time of day and where you were going. This location was perfect for my needs at the time.

I really can't say I didn't like anything, but it was a little hidden. For the Car Service I had to let them know that the Hotel was behind the Gas Station and other hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well managed. The room was very tidy and well kept as well as the bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I think the price we paid was more because of the location and not the shape of the hotel. I really wish we could find more hotels in these conditions and as clean as this one in areas a little more high end. The parking lot was very well lit so that eased the stress of the location just that much more. Would definitely recommend hotel but just be aware of the neighborhood.

Clean facilities, friendly staff,decent breakfast. Hotel is close to numerous restaurants and stores. Located near major highways with easy access.

Could not check in early without paying extra $50...smelled like someone had been smoking in room...non-smoking hotel!

Pool was dirty,hottub jets didnt work,ask the front desk was the pool pump & filter turned on was told that wasnt that type of pool,was told people comes out & cleans it twice a week,,didnt look like it though.

Property was good nice room but I called as soon I got in the room the bed spread was dirty had make up, they didn’t changed and they clean the room not they didn’t let any towels 😞 and the water in the shower was not good

Need more parking lot lighting,if the room is ready it wouldn't hurt to get checked in 45min early without a 50$ charge .

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The breakfast was so so. The coffee machine was broken, but the coffee in the room was good.

The breakfast was ok but the eggs are “fake” and the food could not be taken to your room.

Breakfast was okay, could use a bigger spot since they don’t allow you to bring food back to your room. It gets a little crowded.
