I stayed in this hotel with other 2 friends and it was very good. I liked the most: The price. The staff. Housekeeping. Saftey The flexibility and cooperation of the staff There is a 24 hours market about 1.8 mile from the hotel.

The area outside was horrible! During our stay for 3 days, we coul don't have good sleep. There were some naughty people drifting and making mess and noise with their cars. The markets are not very close to the hotel. Corner stop 2 is about 1.8 mile from the hotel and opens for 24 hours. Location: (4322 W 34th St, Houston, TX 77092، USA) The breakfast contained minimum options No microwave in the rooms.

Is there not breakfast served daily? There's a whole big room with a bar and seating areas and upon the time of booking I believe it fell under the filter of "breakfast included". I may be mistaken, but for how nice this hotel is, and the layout, I feel breakfast would be a great addition to increase business.

internet service was subpar. I tried everything I knew and was just trying to get a consistent signal. Initially, I did get a decent up/down rate, but then after a minute or so it dropped dramatically. So. I'm not sure how you fix that..

The location and price was amazing. Everything was very clean except outside by the pool. The staff were extremely kind and when I asked for more towels to be sent up they were right there with a whole extra set (not that I needed everything)

The amenities say that there is breakfast included which there was not which was a little disappointing ended up going out instead. The pool area was kind of dirty towels laid on floor soaked and old clothing and shoes. The room smelled kind of like mildew when passing other rooms they didn't smell that way and it was gross.

Rooms are really clean. Had a lot of TV channels through DIRECTV look like a Hilton on the inside. The pool was nice although cold and not heated there was a gym in the business center and the breakfast was really good although there wasn't a lot of coffee it went very quick and they wouldn't refill it. I'm not too sure why but for the money I absolutely cannot complain. It's the best value I found in Houston by

Again, there wasn't enough coffee the Internet only worked when you were by the conference room and on the lobby Wi-Fi and the parking lot wasn't safe I saw someone's window get broken into

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow! From the moment I walked in, Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my visit. She answered all my questions with patience and offered helpful advice that made everything so much easier. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Rosa definitely made my experience stand out. The booking.com price was not as advertise.

Incredible value. Fantastic swimming pool. Gas grill by the swimming pool is great for steaks and chicken. Good security with room cards needed to use the side entrances. Nice 'living room'-style area with a large TV and couch just past the lobby. Lots of tables/booths in the former restaurant area on the ground floor if you want to work on a tablet, laptop, or simply enjoy a meal with space.

Clean Hotel, good staff, plenty of parking.

Booking.com does not do there research. This hotel is going through a transition of ownership. The restaurant is not open due to permits. There is no signage outside the business i thought it was closed on arrival. Everything else was fine except some out of control guests which kept me awake for 2 nights.9

The room was very nice. The lighting was good, the bed was comfortable. The towels were decent size and had some fluff to them. Soap and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch. The furniture and TV were nice. No odors or perfume smells in the room. The pool was very nice.

The outlets in the bedside lamps were so loose the plugs fell out of them. Couldn't tell if they worked. There was only one trash can in the room.

Everything looked fairly new in that we understand that the facility is under new ownership and appears to have undergone some significant changes. Room was as advertised and very clean and comfortable.

Could not see or find any signage from the main frontage road to indicate the name or location. As the facility was neither visible nor adjacent to the roadway, we had to check the GPS twice in order to locate the building. No breakfast service, but they did have hot morning coffee in the bar area.
