I stayed in this hotel with other 2 friends and it was very good. I liked the most: The price. The staff. Housekeeping. Saftey The flexibility and cooperation of the staff There is a 24 hours market about 1.8 mile from the hotel.

The area outside was horrible! During our stay for 3 days, we coul don't have good sleep. There were some naughty people drifting and making mess and noise with their cars. The markets are not very close to the hotel. Corner stop 2 is about 1.8 mile from the hotel and opens for 24 hours. Location: (4322 W 34th St, Houston, TX 77092، USA) The breakfast contained minimum options No microwave in the rooms.

Rooms are really clean. Had a lot of TV channels through DIRECTV look like a Hilton on the inside. The pool was nice although cold and not heated there was a gym in the business center and the breakfast was really good although there wasn't a lot of coffee it went very quick and they wouldn't refill it. I'm not too sure why but for the money I absolutely cannot complain. It's the best value I found in Houston by

Again, there wasn't enough coffee the Internet only worked when you were by the conference room and on the lobby Wi-Fi and the parking lot wasn't safe I saw someone's window get broken into

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow! From the moment I walked in, Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my visit. She answered all my questions with patience and offered helpful advice that made everything so much easier. The booking.com price was not as advertise.

Everything looked fairly new in that we understand that the facility is under new ownership and appears to have undergone some significant changes. Room was as advertised and very clean and comfortable.

Could not see or find any signage from the main frontage road to indicate the name or location. As the facility was neither visible nor adjacent to the roadway, we had to check the GPS twice in order to locate the building. No breakfast service, but they did have hot morning coffee in the bar area.

Breakfast was included and had eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, juice, milk, pastries, and coffee. The room was also very nice and the drinks at the bistro weren't overpriced. Staff was very courteous. The experience was an excellent value even at the full price, let alone the discounted price I found on the website. I was very pleasantly surprised. We are in Houston often for sports tournaments and this will be our go-to hotel.

The toilet kept running and the wastebaskets had no bags.

The moment I walked through the door I could smell the cleanliness. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful and elegant. The room is absolutely perfect. But what I enjoyed most was Miss. Rosa's phenomenal customer service skills and the fact that she wore a beautiful smile as she worked. She obviously loves her job. I am definitely giving this hotel 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend. Everything was perfect.

The location is right off of the highway and close to a lot of things. I like the market store, they have it stocked with things you might have forgotten. The desk clerk Rose was nice and very helpful. she made the check in easy. I will stay here again for the price

The shower didn't get hot

Great value. Really nice rooms and a nice pool in the center of the hotel. Although it's not heated, I was able to swim in February. The internet can be spotty though so try to get a room by the conference room / gym. Really nice hotel.

Internet is spotty and slow like 5mpbs when it works.

Room was standard and had everything needed. Very comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it but the snack shop was filled fairly well. Location is convenient right next to the highway and next to a gas station. Pool looks wonderful but also didn't get a chance to use it.

There is only one ice machine on the first floor and my room was on the opposite side of the hotel to reach it. Had to walk all around past the front desk and then all the way down the other hall to get ice. They need to install one on both wings of the hotel.

The front desk (Rosa) makes u feel like you are home and goes above and be beyond. The customer service is 5 star sensational.

Wish they severed breakfast and offered frequent stay discounts or discounts for veterans.
