First off, Malin at the front desk was amazing. If management reads this review, give her a raise/promotion. She helped us out with anything and everything. This is a solid 4-star hotel. Book it and never look back. Beds are comfortable, water pressure and heat are on point. The breakfast is great.

The location is about 20 minutes at a slow pace from attractions in the city, but very easily reachable by car. We were not able to enjoy the spa. The skybar with a view of the harbor is closed sunday and monday, so we weren't able to see it. Parking was kind of a pain (make sure you have the aimo app).

I loved the breakfast - best one I've had, ever. My first trip to Sweden and it's the best place I ever visited, both the country and the hotel. Rooms are superb as a whole too, just wish the bed was a bit firmer - for my taste. Met some of the coolest guys ever, as well. Graham, Max (was the second I think), and I can't remember the name of the third one for the love of me. I wish I could, but if you are reading this, it was a pleasure to hang out with you, guys. They were on a business trip, from England, but too bad we never exchanged numbers or something. Just know you guys were the highlight of my trip. Also, cheers to Ästa (the girl that was serving us drinks on Sunday) for putting up with our loud and utterly crazy jokes and being a great sport about it, she's great, as is all the other staff too. Everyone is great here. Also, special cheers to the younger, blonde guy, with glasses (I can't remember the name, sorry), at the restaurant/bar area, he was great too and as was the a-bit-older-than-the-rest-of-the-staff at the reception - very friendly. Thanks everyone for making my trip great. Will be coming back for sure.

I wish the beds were a bit firmer, pillows too, and I wish that it was possible to check-in a bit earlier, but could be just me as I arrived there 4 hours early due to rain and getting no sleep. Everything else is amazing.

This hotel & staff are absolutely amazing, kind, helpful & really are genuine in their effort to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Honestly, if you go to Halmstad Sweden, you must stay at this hotel. So convenient to transportation, bus, trains, so quiet & clean. Loved the staff & my experience. Great Value & reasonable cost for a superior hotel.

Absolutely no dislikes. Recommend travellers not use taxis they chest travellers. The bus transit system is excellent & just across the street from the hotel. Buy the bus pass that provides unlimited use of buses & trains.

Excellent bedding! Carpe Diem...I do not need to say more. Access to gym and spa adds real value to an intense workday. Breakfast items are renewed often, are fresh, and the staff is service minded.

AC in the room that can not be switched off. Fire alarm is blinking sharp and the LED at the card-holder by the door is glowing (so take a sleeping mask). Floor cleaning should take into account sand like particles...not enough with just vacuum cleaning unfortunately (so wear sleepers)

For my purposes, the location was perfect. The hotel was immaculate, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the Premier room I stayed in was one of the most comfortable I have EVER stayed in, and I travel a lot for work, with modern top-quality fixtures/fittings and stunning rainforest shower. I also used the gym twice which was also immaculate and provided all the equipment one needed.

Breakfast was so so - dinner was lovely though.

Lovely hotel close to Halmstad central station and few minutes walking from the city center. We found a great deal with dinner included. The spa is small but really nice and stylish. Food in the restaurant was not incredible but for the price more than fine. Very good and varied breakfast.

Not being able to open the window (even if just a bit to get some fresh air in) was a bit annoying.

Beautiful room, very well designed. Never seen dumbbells in a hotel room before, and as someone who works out each day, it was a great touch! Malin at reception was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She was even kind enough to allow me to check in a couple of hours early and gave me a nice room with a view. An absolutely perfect score for her. What a terrific employee to have! The gym was also awesome. A great view and all the equipment needed for a terrific workout. And the breakfast was phenomenal! A really great selection of food and drinks, including delicious smoked salmon and cream cheese. And excellent service from the staff in there as well. Loved it! The hotel is just a short walk from the main train station & city centre, and close to the river where you can enjoy a lovely walk or jog.

My only complaints would be that there was a bit of hammering taking place above (or beside?) my room and this was a little annoying. The wifi was also not working at times (7th FL) and that made it challenging to do any work. And there was also a lot of dust on the bedside tables. Housekeeping must have forgotten to wipe them down before I checked in and they were both quite dirty.

The hotel was very close to the station which was convenient but means it's in a slightly dead part of town. Room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was reliable. Gym was reasonably well-equipped and had great views. Outdoor rooftop bar was also great to watch the sunset (not that it really sets in late June).

The location whilst convenient isn't particularly exciting. It's opposite the bus station and a few minutes walk from the train station, but probably 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre of the bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty much as you might expect - decent buffet but no espresso coffee - and in a slightly uninspiring room.

Fantastic overnight stay. Really nice welcome from receptionist. Lovely bedroom, comfy bed and the shower was the best in any hotel we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was exceptional. Safe storage for our bikes was very much appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again if ever in Halmstad

Nothing it was perfect

Pretty new hotel close to central station. The look of the hotel is quite stunning, very huge and all glas at the outside. The room was nice, very clean and hat high ceiling. Like the hotel, the breakfast area is also huge but not crowded. The Berakfast itself was also fine, not 20 sorts of müsli or hony, but this suits well for me.

The size of the room is on the small side and there was no wardrobe. Considering the height of the hotel we were hoping to have a great view either to the sea or to the city, but unfortunately we were in the 5th floor and the view was towards the opposite building. Therefore the room was rather dark and did not feel that cosy.
