This is a jewel of a hotel in the picturesque town of Bernau. The price was very good value. The room was a great size, with a huge window that looked out onto the street. All very modern, clean, spacious, and the double bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having access to complimentary tea and coffee from the breakfast area was appreciated, as was the complimentary bottle of water in the room on arrival. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and relaxed, and for a big modern hotel, it felt very homely. The best compliment I can give is, I had booked for one night, and I ended up staying for a second night. I would certainly stay here again.

Probably the nicest hotel in Bernau. Great breakfast, which is definitely worth the extra cost, given that there's no bakeries anywhere around the hotel. Comfy bed, big shower, nice rooms, and dog friendly. And very accommodating staff as well!

The hotel is next to two busy roads, so you basically can't have the windows open during the day. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it's something travelers should know.

The hotel sits on a busy road, so opening the window to get fresh air is punishing. This isn't really the hotel's fault, though. Also, the breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but at least is worth the money.

It was my second time stay and i was very satisfied. Specially the cleanness which is prio 1 for me. The building is quite new thats why the facilities and furniture are new. The Rooms are very clean. The Bathroom is big, practical and very clean. The Bed is comfortable. I caught a cold on my recent stay in Berlin so spend long time in the Hotel Bed and I felt comfortable. Staff are very kind and helpful. The hearth of the Hotel is the Bar downstairs where I could stay and have a drink or do my work!

The only problem was, the rooms are very cold, which might be a pro in summer but at my stay it felt cold to stay long out of bed. There is a “thing” to adjust the temperature but what ever I changed, didnt feel any change.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's a great place. It's easily walkable from the Bernau train station, clean, has nice rooms, a comfy bed, and they accommodate pets. The breakfast is pretty good, too!

The hotel is by a busy road so you need to keep the windows closed. There's nothing the hotel can do about this, but it's worth noting.

H24 Stadthotel in Bernau is a great find. Friendly approachable and helpful staff. A great location in Bernau both to explore the medieval city, park and walls, and convenient for transport links to Berlin and beyond. The rooms were lovely and bright with big windows, sufficient copboard space, a desk and chair, and a great sleek bathroom. Wood effect floors give a nice fresh and clean feel. A free bottle of water was provided.

Some more vegan options at breakfast and an alternative to dairy milk would have been good. The bed was a little hard for me, but thats personal. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Modern and nice hotel, big and clean rooms. Paid parking available. 24H reception, very rare in the area. Excellent for short overnight stay, too.

There were problems wih my room card but the reception staff sorted it out quickly.

parking place is quite far (150m) away between socialistic flats. there are however some (very few) free parking possibility nearby hotel. staff at the reception does not speak polish. breakfast ist to expensive for what u get.

Brand new hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Nice and useful design. Good lights in the room. Very nice towels, hair dryer, window curtains with blackout effect. 👍 Very friendly staff. 🌸 I highly recommend to try the local beer vom Fass at the hotel bar 🤩 Gerne wieder!!

I would prefer a little bit wider duvet (155 cm would be perfect).

the staff were very welcoming and helped me with storing my bike, I found the room to be very comfortable and enjoyed the view and the staff helped accommodate for my diet at breakfast
