Property right on the main road, opposite to tram station (but tram line is closed till 30.06.2025). But bus stop (Bus number 50) also infront of the hotel. Nearest metro station is 1km. Bus number 50 goes to the metro. Supermarket REWE is located opposite. Very convenient to travel to city.

Front office staff tone is not good. She told not to use the front entrance any time. The rule is all room guest should use the side entrance. We were not informed about that while check in, since we used kiosk to check in.

The staff was really kind and the location is well connected to the city center through public transportation. There's a gas station and a supermarket within a few minutes of walking. We had another person joining our group, so they gave us a quad room instead of a tripple and we only paid EUR 10,50 for that. They also allowed us to check in 2 hour earlier which was really neat :)

The only downside is that the walls are really thin, so even when the four of us tried to talked in a really low voice, the next room could hear us and banged on our wall. We tried our best to be as quiet as possible, but you can hear people if they breathe loudly in the next room. Also there's a tram that passes right next to the hotel. I personally wasn't bothered by that, but some of my friends were. All in all, if you get ear plugs, it's a fantastic hotel :)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is great — easy access to the city. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be even better if there were someone at reception who speaks English, as the staff member during our visit didn’t, although she was very kind and helpful. A minibar in the room would also be a nice addition. Overall, we are satisfied and the kids were happy.

Very good breakfast at reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good location adjacent to public transportation. Plenty of hot water.

The rooms are pretty basic. Near and clean. Good value for the money. Met our expectations.

The hotel has large rooms, we were able to fit in family of 4 quite comfortably. Tram station is located just outside the hotel. There is large supermarket just cross the road.

The hotel interior is a bit old. Elevator is quite old and is sunning super slow. If you room is located street front, noise from trams might be disturbing. There are not many places to dine in the area.

1.Tram station is just in front. But it took 45 mins to reach the city centre. So one has to plan accordingly. 2.Secure parking place is available. 3. Checkin was the highlight. 4.Rewe and netto are nearby.

1. Would be good if there was a small refridgerator in the room. 2.Was bit noisy because the room was overlooking the tram station and the main road. So couldn't open the windows for long.

We stay here most of the times we travel to Berlin. Close to the motorway, so you don't need to drive across the city, easy access to the centre as there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but always fresh and filling enough. Big, comfortable beds ensure good sleep after a day spent visiting the city.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds (not too soft). Enough space for a family with 2 kids. Convenient auto-checkin machine. An adjacent cafe next to the hotel where you can have a drink till 23:00. A supermarket across the hotel

No fridge (not a big problem). A bit complicated to get to the parking space of the hotel.

The two ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful The cleaning staff also quite thoughtful as they found out I finished two rolls of toilet paper during the first cleaning time so they gave me an extra roll automatically 👍🏻 When you go out the front door, the tram station already right in front of you , there were two supermarket nearby within 500m super convenient location

There is a pub down there the hotel so it’s bit noisy during weekends

Half an hour from center (Brandenburger Tor) by train. Perfect. Hotel has been renovated in 2018 or so, so everything is still very new. Also it was nice that there was a water cooker available in the room and some cups to drink some tea and coffee.

I had to reserve a parking place on forehand and pay 5 euro per night more. The third night I parked at the street. I was happy that there was a parking place very close to the hotel available.
