Nice room with most of what you need to cook an easy meal or to chill out. Plenty of room for a couple. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The bed was very soft and there was deep hollows in both sides where people are lying. It definitely needs to be changed. The apartment is in the ground floor so everyone who walks past can look right into the room which means that you will always have the blinds up. The building is right next to a huge dumpster site. It doesn’t smell (not while we were there) but early in the morning - every morning - a lot of dumpster trucks passes the apartment which is quite noisy. We stopped counting after 28 trucks had passed outside our windows one morning. Finally it was mostly clean, but generally there was a lot of dust on the floors and shelfs. Needs a good dust off and vaccine cleaning I think.

Room clean and tidy, comfortable Door key code much easier this time Tea towel, washing up things provided. Tea/ coffee / sugar welcome tray. Bathroom towels also. Electric heaters as new boiler being installed. Black out curtains. Location. This is our 5th time staying. ( daughter lives near by) Easy walk 10 min to trains. Shops

Shutter on right hand side window not working . ( not reported) Bedside table facing bed left hand side lamp flickers after being on for a while. Noisy bin lorries early morning for approx half an hour, but we were aware of this.

Nice neighbourhood, there is a coffee place in the street, also a second hand shop. It was very clean, small space, we took the small apartment but it was very practical and we didn't have any problems. Nice.big toilet. Coffee machine with coffee:) Communication was ok, we had a code for entrance which was easy. Nice bed! We are.really satisfied with this choice :) Also, good wifi.

Just a little noise from the street in the morning, but what can you do:)

Nice, spacious studio. Close to the grocery, restaurants and subway station. There is electric heating available which is great idea. The kitchen is fully equipped. No problem with parking on the street but it’s paid.

No ventilation in the apartament and someone’s trashes in the kitchen bin are small downsides. I also advise to clean the cushions.

Very comfortable, well eqipped flat. No issues with it. Been multiple times to Limeholme and will be returning.

Not your fault but there is a large pile of rubbish on the pavement outside which detracts from the initial impression of the property. An old door, glass, wood... just an eyesore.

Breakfast not included. Great location few minutes away from our daughters flat. Good powerful shower. Flat good space inside Towels included. Handy small kitchen. Near to a train station.( 10 min walk) ,easy journey from airport / into city centre.

Sofa bed was very squeaky when turning during the night. Noisy when people walking past, traffic. Bin lorries leaving their yard at 6.15 am every morning ( except Sunday) quieter on a Saturday.

i was afraid that someone could have opened our room with their code ( idk if the code was the same or not). One night we mistakenly got into the door 25 instead of 25a, fortunately we didnt try the room door

The flat was cozy, clean and had everything I needed.

The flat was directly faced to the street and pavement so I could never open the curtains or windows because could have looked in and literally stepped in.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Place have comfortable bed, TV with smart features (so I streamed from phone), hdmi cable, kitchen with all you need for cooking (except salt in my case). It's REWE and Aldi nearby, as well as the subway station. It was a small issue with my check-in, but stuff solved it really fast.

Clean apartment on the ground floor for easy access for family with kids.

Check in process is a bit technical but works fine. Could be a problem if you are not use to self checkin or if you do not have internet access upon arrival.
