The space is great for 1-2 people. It has a small kitchen and bathroom, and the bedroom is good for sleeping. The couch is comfortable, and the communication with the property was very consistent.

If you are planning to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is only stocked with the basics. There is a convection stovetop, but no oven. The microwave is good.

Conveniently located near public transport, getting around Berlin was a cinch. And while it's on the ground floor with transparent windows, the provided rollups ensure privacy and comfort. In short, if you're seeking stylish, comfortable accommodation in Berlin, this flat ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay.

What a wonderful place to base yourself in for a week in Berlin! We loved our stay here, such a great location and very comfortable and clean. Awesome facilities. We felt very safe.

Unfortunately, the shower head had very little pressure, but we were able to use the other detachable shower head, which was okay.

Great apartment - beautifully furnished and well equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine (and coffee pods) and that there were lots of spare towels left for us. The sofa bed was incredibly comfy.

It was quite noisy on the first night but we later realised this was because the bedroom window was open. It was much quieter on the second night once we had closed the window! Slightly unclear instructions - a sign in the apartment requested that we take the trash out before leaving but there were no instructions on where or how to do this. Otherwise an excellent stay!

We arrived quite early and were able to get an earlier check-in, which was quite appreciated. We used the public transports from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, it was easy and quick. It is a short walk from the tram. The apartment is big enough for three and it has a large bathroom with a washing machine. After our daily excursions in Berlin, it was a nice and quite place to stay. Shops are not far away to do some grocery shopping if necessary.

During my recent trip to Berlin, I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment that turned out to be the best accommodation I've experienced in the city so far. The cozy apartment had a lot of natural light and a modern interior design that made me feel right at home, Another aspect that impressed me was the apartment's cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen. It was a nice place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The apartment's location was excellent, just a short 4-minute walk from the Tram station. This made it easy for us to get around the city and was a relief not to have to deal with long commutes or complicated transportation routes. Despite being close to the city center, the area around the apartment was surprisingly quiet. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality of the host. He provided us with great recommendations for local places to visit, eat, and explore. Thanks to his insights, we discovered hidden gems in the city that we wouldn't have found on our own.

The bed - one half was much more used than the other, and was difficult to sleep - awful. And requirement to move in after 3 pm is totally unacceptable, as flights sometimes are in very early morning - person cannot just sit on the street

The apartment is newly renovated with all brand new appliances (washer dryer in unit, a fully functioning kitchen and a Nespresso machine!). The bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed. The access to the unit was super easy and the location was convenient, on a quiet street just off a main boulevard with shops and cafes and a few minutes walk from public transport. The bedroom is cozy and has a ceiling fan which was super nice. The unit can fit up to 4 people (or two adults and two kids) comfortably.

This flat is absolutely stunning! We were genuinely surprised and impressed with how spacious it was. The flat is furnished with very high quality items. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and sophisticated. Other things we appreciated: - Wi-Fi - Comfortable beds, especially the sleeper couch - Lovely, friendly owner - Good AC - Well furnished kitchen - Nespresso machine with pods - Huge bathroom, amazing shower - Washer and dryer with washing liquid available

The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week in Berlin. The location was fantastic, a short walk from both S and U train stations and close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.
