The room was very spacious I did not have to wait for the check in The personnel was friendly and offered to help out where needed (calling taxi, leaving bagage after checkout etc.) The room was very big, easily comfortable for longer stays Room had a bathtub, kitchenette with fridge and stove The times for the breakfast were very good (06:00 till 11:00 if I recall correctly), breakfast had a pleasant offering Housekeeping was good, came back to a clean room every day

The room could do with a little bit more decor The fabric of the towels was a bit on the rough side, but no big deal The beds were a bit short for two tall people (183+cm) The room had no airconditioning, but this was easily helped with opening the windows when I was there

The rooms were neat and orderly but a little dimly lit for nighttime reading. There was only one soap provided for body and hair to wash. I wish that was mentioned in other reviews so I could have brought my own soap. The breakfast was excellent, filling and well cared for. Everything was tidy and chilled as it should be. The women who was on staff the day that I came was extremely friendly and so helpful. She printed directions for me, helped me with the key, told me the easiest ways to travel around Berlin. An all around excellent member of staff(possibly owner). The location was vital to my business stay and I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more located within easy walking distance.

The man that I met the night that I checked in was complete opposite. Gruff, rude and very unhelpful. Day and night between the service. If I had not had the pleasure of meeting the second concierge the following day I would have never recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, spacious and I couldn't expect more. Breakfast was also good, each staff were friendly and always smiling.

Only thing which bothered me a little bit was the noise of traffic coming from the main road in front of the hotel, even at night when windows were all closed. That was probably because I was in a road facing room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we were very late getting back to our room. Always had a smile on their face. An extra bed for my 2 year old son was also prepared in advance. Free parking at the hotel is limited, but it is easy to find a parking space on the surrounding streets.

It was a perfect accomodation for such money. The location is great, 15 min tram ride from Alexanderplatz. The conditions in the room were basic, but there was absolutely clean.

The fan in the bathroom was too loud and I had no idea how to turn it off. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom

We stayed at this hotel which was spacious and clean, easy parking, delicious warm breakfast and the staff we received on the night of our arrival were attentive , helpful and thoughtful.

There was some noise in the roadside room which we stayed at.It would be better to install an air conditioner for summer stay.

Our room was very spacious and clean, with a large window letting in lots of natural light. There was also a small fridge and sufficient storage space and seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. A conference room was available downstairs for my partner to work from for a few hours.

The breakfast could have been better - more hot food options and perhaps some croissants or muffins. Although I liked the simplicity of the room, some may find the decor a tad outdated.

We had very nice and comfortable stay at Sedes. Staff were nice, the room is big, the hotel has free parking place, also the breakfast was great. Perfect for family stay ☺️

Large and spacious room. We did not expect such an apartment with a small kitchen in it. The room wall on the roadside was full of windows and provided enough light for the room. The road is quite busy so you can hear the noise from the street.

The noise from the street was sensible, even at night.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and outside is a playground for children. It’s peaceful and not noisy. The location is ideal to Berlin with the walking distance bus and trams. one thing I can criticise, no electric kettles, to make tea or coffee & microwave inside the room. It would be better if they had.
