Super friendly/easy front desk staff at check-in.

We were two friends traveling together, wanting to share one room with two beds. Keep in mind the one queen bed is actually two single beds, adjacent and connected to each other. However, we could have easily shared one room with this configuration, like two twin beds - that they describe as one bed only. We are American and know that this type of bed is common in Europe. The hotel staff would not let us cancel one of our two rooms at check in. However, we had a great stay.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Staff were very friendly especially the staff at breakfast. Hotel was clean and quiet and housekeeping done on time with lovely staff.

Free water in the rooms would have been nice. There was only a minibar which had to be paid for.

nice hotel close to the train station and not far from the lake and the Sachsenhausen camp, very friendly staff too. The room is very clean and confortable.

Perhaps the breakfast can be a bit more diverse, it's basic but good though

Nice size rooms. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff. Hotel is close the beautiful Lehnitzsee and the centre of Oranienburg is within walking distance.

There was some confusion with getting our room serviced but the staff dealt with it promptly. The bottom sheets were too small for the mattress.

This is a great hotel, the staff are really nice, the food is good and the rooms are very comfortable.

A good price, large room, comfy bed, quiet hotel, good breakfast - it had all I needed.

The WiFi was poor. That was it.

Relaxed, easy to locate and get to! Close to train stn. Perfect!

Noisy on street side…we are not use to traffic.
