The room was fantastic and was huge! Both the room and bathroom were very clean. There was plenty of free water in the room. The hotel was very well maintained and I really liked the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was great! Loads of choice.

No staff on reception which made it a bit more difficult to check in. We had a problem with the room key and were able to speak to someone on the phone. They were very helpful but I feel it could have been dealt with more quickly and easily if there was someone on reception. Otherwise it was fab!

They upgrade us to a family room for free because I requested for a double bed as we have a son that co-sleeps with me and my husband. Very clean bathroom and floor which is very good. Big space, our son can run inside. There is an extra room for kids inside the family room. They have a self check in and check out using the big tablet at the reception. Easy to access. Free parking and quiet place. They have complimentary water bottle, tea, and a mini fridge. We have milk for our son so it was nice to put it inside the fridge.

Maybe the pillows. 😅 but it is fine.

It was very modern, new, very clean. The family rooms were spacious and nice. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

There was not one staff member in sight in case you have a question. Check in was automated on a machine at the front door. There was not a visible and clear explanation on how to check out. We had to guess. But, I suppose that is the modern way of doing things to cut down cost, having no staff in the reception.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have been recently renovated, exuding freshness and comfort. The hotel's location in the midst of a forest is truly superb, offering absolute tranquility. If you cherish serenity and the beauty of nature, this is the perfect place for you. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Everything was very clean and modern. You use your phone to unlock doors instead of room keys. They will give you one if you want it. The room looked brand new. Everything was well kept, and the comforters were very puffy, unlike those that have been washed often. Both, the room and the bathroom were fairly large.

The hotel does not have any air conditioning, and even with the windows open the room was very hot. It’s also in an industrial area so not easy to get places without some type of transportation. Also, because of the industrial area, workers were clanging things during the daylight hours which were around 5am until 1030pm. Much to early, and late.

Large, renovated, modern rooms. New breakfast room with good continental breakfast.

Dangerous elevator with doors squeezing people. Cleaning the rooms could be improved, especially the corners of the walls (spider webs) or the bathroom…

Close to the city bypass, convenient as a transfer overnighting. Quiet area. Spacious room, ideal for family with kids (separate bedroom for kids). Parking at hotel.

The only thing is that the area is kind of industrial around, in the evening makes a spooky impression, but this is not a problem as long as area is quiet and safe.

Nice and clean room. Online check-in without any need to direct contact with people from hotel. Very close to Berlin, 30 mins to the city center.

Electronic opening of doors using your mobile. It was nice, but last day during check-out it was not working properly. Not sure why. Would be nice to write that there is a at least small fridge (minibar), which can be used. I did not find this info so we did not count with that. But it was there :-)

in the woods.. beautiful lake with ducks. big clean room...TV...tea coffee in room kettle..great wet room...had a good shower..top class hotel

you need a car, taxi ,or a good pair of walking legs !!! to get to hotel I mistakenly thought it was in central Berlin...but it's in greater Berlin in the countryside...no buses..I had to walk for nearly a hour to get there.....a big lesson learnt by me....I should of study the transport links or lack of transport to get to hotel lucky I enjoyed the walk through the woods to hotel...but my legs were aching...hehe

The family room was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms. I would rate good value for money and perfect for a sleepover during a road trip, as it is very close to the highway. The digital check- in process was super convenient. The breakfast was also nice.
