clean new looking appartment, luxe kitchen, good bed, clean shower, towels included, good coffee included, very good. the appartment has floor heating and good ventilation.

the lights in the hallway are not on by default, and no automatic sensor is mounted. with no lightswitch next to the appartment door this means you have to navigate the hallway partly in the dark, this is awkward when you exit the appartment at the same time with neighbours, since you are all in the dark. Not something that has a negative influence on the appartment itself, but it would be better to have motion sensors installed.

The space was very big, good for a couple. I stayed for a month and it was great. All the kitchen utensils were there for you to use, and very clean place. Balcony area had a nice view and was perfect for sunny days.

The running water stopped working one day. So i had to wait until the afternoon to shower and clean up. But it was fixed. The balcony area is way too open and should have some sort of separation from the neighbours balcony area. All in all a good stay, but just small gripes I've had with my stay.

The apartment is very comfortable, is very well furnished and includes all the basics. It is a little out of the way, but by car it is fine.

We had a communication mix up and I could not get in the room. As I arrived after hours, there was no one to answer my phone calls. The resolution of the problem for me having to stay elsewhere for the first night is not entirely satisfactory. I got into the room the next day.

The flat itself was good, high quality appliances, very warm, plenty of space, good entertainment centre, balcony and the building itself. Very friendly staff, helpful and excellent cleaning.

The cleaning for long term stay does not included in price, as well change of the bedding. Sometimes it is very strong smell of chemicals for near by factories. The mattresses are very poor and not suitable for people with back pain. Location is not bad but far away from centre and main airport.

Good for staying with dog, comfortable area around house and fine well equipped apartments.

f you are looking for long term apartments with prolongation option - It’s not a good option for you. We came from Ukraine in 21st of Feb and booked apartments for a month, but then we have been forced to prolong our staying for few more month after war happened in Ukraine. After second month rent company informed us that they will raise price for next month for about 1300 eur, and they even haven’t informed us in advance - so we have been forced to move out and look for other apartments in rush. Warning! Deposit scamming possible! When we booked apartments we paid a 500 eur deposit and have been informed that company tries to protect their property from damage this way. After moving out I requested my deposit back because everything have been fine and nothing broken, but company responded that they will be able to clean and check a room only in a week. I contacted manager next week but they said that they can’t give me full deposit back because room cleaning took a more time then usual, from my side I assured that I left a room in fine condition with no damage and any extra wear. They respond that is up to them to decide should thay return a deposit. So I will probably be forced to write a claim to police, and booking.com, but I still in progress on trying to solve this situation in peaceful way. So be careful of hidden payments and fake penalties, looks like this company does anything to charge as much money as they can, even from ukrainian people who suffers not the best time in life. Unfortunately this greedy company doesn’t make an impression of civilised and modern European hotel as they seem to be…

I was cheated. When I wanted to check in I was asked to pay 500 Eros deposited. This was not mentioned during reservation. Later the curtain fell off out off the pipe. When I called office before my departure to explain that to him he pretended he did not understand what I was saying even though both of us speak very good English. Later I received a message indicating that would cost me 300 Eros. So I realized that was a game to rip me off. Because nothing happened to the curtain and anyone can install it back and the curtain was in Avery bad shape anyway. I was very much disappointed. I will try to find a contact to the Booking .com to file my complaint.
