The hotel is situated on a beautiful location, literally opposite a train station and the bus stop is 5 mins on foot. The room was very spacious. Clean bedding, bathroom, wardrobe and even had a mini fridge! I will definetely be visiting again. It is close to a main train station that connects to the regional trains and a wonderful city centre with almost everything you would ever require. It is very modern and well presented, we even had some cool water at the reception which was a God sent whenever we came back in from a warm day. A very thougtful touch actually with some cookies also. Beautiful reception. We did not use the restaurant at this time.

The room is comfortable, quiet, and clean with a good view over Spandau and the Havel. Excellent location for the S-Bahn train, as the Stresow station is immediately across the street (less than 1 minute walk). This makes it a great location if you are going to an event at Waldbuhne, being only one stop away and a short, scenic walk. Can also walk, or take train, to downtown Spandau, walk along the Havel, and get to the Spandau Citadel easily. Also easy to access Grunewald.

The hotel isn't central, but we knew that. What it is, is relatively convenient for Berlin and Spandau at a decent price. Everything was clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast was good. You can park on the street nearby. Great views from the restaurant terrace.

Most things fine - perhaps just a little more choice at breakfast for vegans or people like me who are vegetarian but with dairy allergies but it's fairly normal and within the usual range. Quality was fine though.

This hotel is very convenient for public transportation as it is very close to the S-Bahn station Stresow. The hotel building is very tall so the view from the rooms is very good. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is particularly impressive. My room was also quite cozy and comfortable.

I had to refuse to have my room cleaned because I was doing something in the room that shouldn't be disturbed during the day, and as a result, I didn't get new towels. That's why I asked the front desk for new towels in the evening, and the staff showed me a little bit of annoyance at that time. They thought I didn't get new towels because I didn't put them on the bathroom floor when they cleaned my room.

Easy parking on the streets near the hotel. Friendly staff. Day to day cleaning. Great location right beside the S-bahn. High speed charging at Kaufland, IKEA and Bauhaus a short distance away.

We had to buy a kettle and som cups in the nearby Kaufland - didn’t realize the rooms didn’t come with it. My bad, should have read the fine print. The carpets in the rooms and hallways have undergone a lot of cleaning, so a lot of old stains is visible - not a problem, just dont expect immaculate conditions.

- Good traffic connection: just opposite to S-Bahn station "Stresow". Is not near the city centre, but the train and buses provide a good connection to Berlin centre, Spandau and other regions nearby. - Room: clean, warm and cozy. A small refrigerator and water boiler are given, which is very important for our stay. - Breakfast: with a good range of choice. - Friendly and helpful staff. - If you choose not to get the room cleaning, you will get a free drink.

- Breakfast is although good, but it could be better, if the choices change everyday or 2 days. During our 8 nights stay, the menu hardly changed (except hot food). - The lift was too slow sometimes. - Hoped that the staff could be more professional with booking and calculation.

The unusually high building, we stayed at the 14th floor, which is almost the max of the building height. As result - the sounds were coming only as a background buzz when open window. Very good breakfast.

The location is probably the single downside of the hotel. There are however at least two points to sweat the bitterness: 1. If you are travelling with your car you can leave it in one of the wide streets around hotel - no need to pay for the hotel parking, which IMHO is a bit too expensive (i would pay 10 Euros max). 2. S-Bahn is just across the road ~ 30 mins to the central railwaystation.

Staff is great. Beds are comfortable, linen clean almost new. Towels are nice and clean, toiletries of good quality. Breakfast was great, restaurant staff very welcoming and hardworking! Reception desk guys are great!

Air conditioner was a bit noisy. It would be great if the second pillow is smaller! Having two large pillows makes no sense. Elevators are a bit old, not bad only slow.

I'm always in love in view from my room (this time 14th floor) and from breakfast floor. Along with comfy bad and huge windows it makes it great place to stay.

One thing is that there's no place (as far as I know) I could go by foot to eat something in the evening. Second thing is old AirCon controller - I mean we didn't know how to turn it off and to be honest even with the highest possible temp. it still was a little cold in the room, cause Air Conditioning could blow a heat.

I booked and paid for 3 rooms. They were clean, comfortable - no nonsense rooms, good value for money and the superb location just opposite the SBahn gave great access to the Trade Fair which was just 4 stations away. The city centre could be reached easily too. Kaufland was 5 minutes walk around the corner so supermarket purchases were simple. Safe private underground parking at €15 per day was also a bonus.

There was nothing I did not like but it could have had a kettle in the rooms. The area does not have very many nice restaurants nearby though street food - burgers and doner/wraps are a couple of minutes away and the hotel’s lovely rooftop restaurant is very good.
