I know the area and quite well and chose this hotel because of it. Although I hadn't stayed there before I though the location would suit us fine, and it did. Everything we needed or wanted was reachable on foot. from the start the staff were outstanding, particularly the girls who served us breakfast, Stella and Valerie. Nothing was too much trouble and the food just unbelievable.

There is very little to complain about as far as this hotel goes, the room was large and comfortable and decorated in an 'old German' style. The only thing wrong was a sink plug that didn't work, and a small refrigerator would have been very useful, particularly as the weather was very hot. We took our own kettle and cups etc, but not having these provided is common in European hotels. But these observations are nit-picking.

Good location with an easy access to metro

The mattress in the room was a little bit too soft to my liking but this is very much personal preference. I also missed a kettle and a coffee in the room as I like my very early in the morning coffee

Hotel is in perfect location if you are attending concert in Zitadele, just 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was really tasty. Room was clean.

Twin bed wasn't separate some people might find that not good for us it was okay

Staff welcomed us so well, and showed us our ensuite. Room was so clean, river and garden view from the window. Staffs- especially Sanjeev peshal,vallery and another person, they helped me and my boyfriend a lot, with paying car parking penalty, checked on us for out health as my boyfriend fell sick. We are very thankful to them. Place is a brewery house with restaurant and stay. I would say excellent and want to return again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel with great food. Very clean. Staff were excellent. Didn't see everything in Berlin, so will be going back and will definitely stay here again.

Spacious room. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Location ideal for old town Spandau with only a short walk to underground or main line train stations.

All good, no dislikes. I can imagine that some may find the aromas that are generated by a working brewery a little unusual but I found the smells of the malted barley and hops quite rustic and embraced them as part of the experience.

Nice Brewery and restaurant onsite, good breakfast, small free parking, 5 min access to Metro, proper shower

i had a room in the top floor, so it was too hot to sleep +30 and the fan didnt help.

Breakfast average - no warm food, drinks (juice) in limited amount. Free Wi-fi very slow.
