the location was perfect for my visit to the Citadel ( 15 minute walk) lots of bars/restaurants nearby, check in was a breeze with the friendly staff, elevator was perfect,the room and bathroom were very clean and big enough, bedding was spotless and the bed was comfortable, the air con was great and wifi was very good, i would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending a stay there. I can't comment on breakfast as i didn't eat there

only down point for me was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

A neat 3-star hotel close to Spandau centre. Clean and functional with a mix of old and new furniture. The shower has one of the best water pressures I have ever come across. The staff lent us an umbrella since it was raining and we did not have one.

The room lacks storage except for the very old wardrobe. Except for shower gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid, the offering in the room is sparse. No kettle, water bottles at a cost of EUR2.50 each.

The hotel is in an "old" building but extremely well maintained and everything looks and feels nice. The bedroom felt a bit small as it was at the top floor where the rooms have sloped ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom working perfectly. No complains! The included breakfast was OK. More than basic but not too much either, just enough.

The price was on the high side.

Stuff at the hotel was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was simple but complete, there were even vitamins on offer. The food was fresh and varied.

The hotel is a long way from the center. The metro is nearby, but the area is very dark at night. The hotel reception is open until 9pm. There is no view from the rooms and the room is quite small.

Very good location in the old town centre, quiet rooms, simple and classy style, clean and in good condition. Comfy bed.

All good. Notice that you have to ring the bell for the main entrance door, then you can use room key to let yourself in. I think this is our if necessity because reception is on 1st floor.

Great location for visiting the Zitadelle for a concert. Plenty of bars, restaurants and corner shops nearby. Area very clean and quiet at night. Beautiful garden area at the hotel.

There's a charge for the bottled water left in the room. There was no facilities for making hot drinks.

Location,friendliness of the staff,clean room

The aircon had a grinding sound which was very annoying that it woke us up many times during the first night and the second night,I had to turn it off because of the same sound. (We weren't able to let them know because we were very busy and was just at the hotel to sleep. I'm sure they would have done something about it 😊)

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and would stay there again anytime. The location is really good as well, lot’s of stores around the hotel and close to buses and trains!

Overall a great experience. For people that don't mind a 20.min subway ride to the center of Berlin Its an old world quality hotel with impeccabke service at an affordabke orice. I would always return.

The hotel was strategically placed (5-10 min walk) for access to both the main train station (international trains, S-Bahn and RE) as well as the U-Bahn station. Easy access to the local Christmas market and food options. Great shower!
