Nice quiet neighborhood away from all the crowd in Berlin. Spacious rooms with big balcony and big bathroom was really a delight. They have sauna and swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained. Nice friendly staff as well. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a European hotel, lots of vegetarian options. Good heating in the room.

The bed/mattress and towels could have been better for a 4 star hotel. A kettle in the room with some tea bags and coffee, would have been great specially for winters. It was hard to understand the room cleaning schedule, sometimes morning at 9 and sometimes at 12 noon.

Although a bit dated, the room was a good size and well appointed. The location was outstanding, quick and easy access to local transport and a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was nice.

We had a faulty light in the entrance hall of the room, which although reported immediately on check-in, was not repaired until six days later, apparently due to a lack of maintenance personnel; we were given one free breakfast as an apology. With no aircon, it was necessary to leave the windows open, which results in a lot of early morning street noise. Breakfast is an optional extra at €23 per person but the buffet is not worth the cost.

Very good location, near to U-Bahn and Bus Station. If you are travelling with car you can park for free near the hotel, although you have to look for a free spot for a while. You can also book a parking spot at the hotel. The room was clean. I liked the retro but also modern design. I give it a plus for the balcony! The stuff was friendly. Would recommend! Unfortunately I didn't have the time to use the spa facilities.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfy room, bathroom was gorgeous. In a nice quiet location which is about a 20 minute U-bahn ride into the centre which we didn't mind. Breakfast was lovely. Would recommend.

Although the soundproofing to the outside was good it wasn't so good between rooms so we could hear other guests having some sort of party the last two nights. Also the breakfast on the last day was slightly disappointing as a lot of stuff had run out an hour before it finished and wasn't topped up. But overall a lovely stay.

We chose this hotel as it was within walking distance (30 minutes) of the Olympic Stadium for the final match of EURO 2024. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel is in a quiet, safe, established residential area of Berlin and is only a 7-minute walk to the metro and 13-minute walk to the S-Bahn, so quick and easy access to the main sights. I had an economy single room which was small but comfortable; my (adult) children stayed in a standard room which was significantly bigger. Be warned there is no air conditioning but fans were provided and were very welcome.

Only negative comment would be that there was a strong musty smell in the standard room used by my children.

The staff was really nice and polite and gave us all the information needed, the room was spacious and even the cleaning personnel was amazing, asking politely when they could come to clean and take care of the room. Overall the surroundings of the hotel is really quiet and the rooms provide comfortable beds, armchairs, and a table and mini fridge. The bathroom is very big and allows for all the comfort you might need. The balcony was amazing and breakfast in the morning sun worked great.

The hotel is somewhat outside of the inner city of Berlin, meaning, while the metro station is only a 2 minutes beside the hotel, it takes 30 mins to the inner city with it. I would have also like a tea kettle or water kettle in the room where I could make some tea.

High quality luxurious furnishings, very comfortable and tasteful decor. Great location and easy to find a carpark on the street. Buffet breakfast contained homemade items which was a very nice touch from the standard items, The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't have enough time to use the pool and sauna which was disappointing, but nothing to do with the hotel! I couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to actually make a coffee.

The hotel is how you imagine a vintage neat and classy hotel. the bedding was pristine, the staff was very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast, the sauna and the swimming pool and the terrasse.

Honestly, we were very satisfied with our stay; perhaps the only downside (if any) is the lack of air-conditioning and a kettle but there is a fan available in the room!

A quiet hotel, very nice facilities. It is not a central hotel, but it is sufficiently close to transportation. I was visiting my relatives who live nearby and was not looking to sightsee as I've been to Berlin before, so I cannot comment on location. The stuff was very nice, the room - big and comfortable. They had a spa and a pool, but I didn't use them. The breakfast was excellent.
