We chose this hotel because it is near the bus banhof (zob) and right next to a metro station (u-bahn). We got so much more than that! The room was terrific! It was spacious, clean, quiet with comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing. It had everything we needed - vegan alternatives as well as eggs, meat and cheese. The whole experience was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

It wasn't an issue for us, but the hotel is not centrally located. It is however right next to a metro station that brings you downtown within 20-30min. We went everywhere by u- and S-Bahn.

Good location, about a 20-minutes walk to the DRK-Klinikum, if you have business there ;), and right in front of the Kaiserdamm metro station. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby. I, personally, appreciated the hotel's antique design. The breakfast was good, and the staff were quite friendly. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

The furnishings might not appeal to everyone. Personally, I find them nostalgic, but everyone has their own preferences. That said, it would be beneficial to install a ventilation system, as relying solely on windows feels somewhat outdated.

- Very bad WiFi, it either didn't work or was constantly shutting down - Once had an unpleasant incident when I returned home in the evening because the front door of the hotel was closed. I didn't know how to get into the hotel and stood outside freezing, worried and not knowing what to do. No one warned me about an alternative way to get into the hotel, so it was a very stressful situation

Location very very good . Metro just a few yards away. Old style character . Excellent staff very friendly,made good recommendations regarding eating. Interesting old style lift. Each landing has a different decor. Bathroom massive, excellent bed and pillows. It is an Oder hotel with also people living their so you have to respect what is their home within a block. The room did not have AC but managed fine even in the night being over 30.

Nothing really

The reseption and kitchen staffs very friendly, thank you about for ur hospitality. The retro elevator just amazing, we just took lots of selfie there and also the entrance about rooms look like harry potter gryfindor entrance. I like also breakfasts, very cozy environment and nearest metro. I definitely recommended this hotel for sure.

Nothing, nothing, nothing…..

We arrived in the morning - as informed beforehand - and the staff worked to give us an early check in. Everything went well. The breakfast has limited options but everything provided is of great quality.

The wooden flor would creak with our steps, what gave us a bit of challenge when our 1yr old baby was asleep.

We came 2 hrs earlier than the check-in time, but I did message the property asking if we could store our bags, and they told me our room was ready! The check-in was seamless and the front lady was really nice. The hotel is beautiful. It's an old building with a fascinating elevator! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It's located just a short walk from Ubahn station, so it's very well connected.

Good location to Olympic stadium. Underground 50m away. Excellent staff and service. Hotel rooms are very large..excellent that there is a fridge etc. As it is an older building there is no AC but managed even when hitting 40 degrees

Really amazing location, close to a lot of commodities, including a supermarket. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast always had a great selection of food. The room was spacious and clean. We had an amazing stay

We enjoyed everything

Really nice place. We had 3 bed room and it was supercool! Balcony, aircon and the room was HUGE! One of the best breakfast I have eaten. Staff was always there. Very good bang for the buck! Even parking was free in the street.

I liked everything. The floors were squaky wood in the lobby, but I even liked that. (My daughter did not :) )
