The hotel is located right next to the exit of the Sophie-Charlotte-Platz U-Bahn station. The hotel is situated 1.1 km south of the iconic Charlottenburg Palace, which takes 16 minutes of straightforward walk along the avenue. The hotel lobby is wide and well-decorated, consisting of vending machines, multiple sofas, a breakfast-offering dining hall and a 24-hour reception. The single room offered to me had two large comfy beds. I rested on one of them and managed to sleep for 13 hours. There was also an easily adjustable air conditioner. The shower also worked well.

Surprisingly, there was no water kettle in the room. I had to buy bottled water from their reception when I ran out of my own water.

Staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet and warm and I had a good night's sleep. Staff allowed me to store my bag downstairs on my last day and I used the reception to work a little. I would stay here again. The area around the hotel felt safe. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

The location is a bit far out (but it's a really nice walk into central Berlin if you have the time). The room is objectively expensive but then so is every room in Berlin.

Family stay in a room of 1 queen bed and 1 bunker bed, perfect for a couple with 2 kids. Check in was very fast, the receptionist was friendly and informative. The room is somehow basic but has all the storage and space you need to. Walls are soundproof and we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the corridor. Bathroom is clean and in good conditions, with walk in shower. The entrance to the U-Bahn (Subway) is literally 50 meters away from the hotel entrance, so you can travel directly to the city center in less than 30 minutes. There's no need to check out so it's good for saving time when you leave. We wanted to park the car in the garage but we found street parking for free outside the hotel and the car was safe for the stay, as they told us in the reception, even it has foreign plaques. Overall very good experience and would recommend for families.

There is a lack of plugs in the wall of the bunk bed, so that would be a good improvement as the kids could charge the phones.

The rooms were quite tidy and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast a good variety Easy check-in. Was glad to know that the hotel was expecting me even despite my late check-in.

I would have liked some scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. The carpet in the room didn't feel well cleaned and dried. Some coffee or tea station in the room would be a kind gesture, although there is a coffee vending machine on the 1st floor. There were enough toiletries. However, on the second day, after a change, we got only one towel.

I booked couple days before didn’t check much a bout hotel I liked the location close to everything and it’s nice and relaxing room made best Choice. If you want to take U and S. it’s only one stop to change to Airport I took a taxi because I hade lots luggage next day hade to go to airport took a train was so easy

The room was very clean and spacious even with 3 beds. Eazy check in and check out. We even got to check in a bit earlier then 15.00. The bathroom was nice and clean. They were towels and they gave us new towels every day.

The street in front of the hotel was kinda loud, so we couldn't really leave the windows open for fresh air. We also didn't have a small fridge, so we couldn't take leftovers home.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. The location worked great for my business trip purpose. I'd stay there again.

The breakfast could definitely use more variety. It's not that it's bad and you can definitely find something to meet your taste, but the selection is the same every day and there's no variety. A few different types of eggs could go a long way in my book. :)

Location near subway station, close to Wilmersdorfer strasse with lot of shops and restaurants, close to Charlottensburg palace & park. New and functional furniture.

Although we have arrived early in the morning with two small kids, it was out of question for staff to try to provide us room before official check-in time at 15 hour. Magically, at 15 hour all family rooms were ready for new guests. Toilets in hotel lobby are "unfunctional". Rooms are small.

Quiet with window closed even though we were on the front of hotel, U & S trains both nearby, great restaurants in area, comfortable bed, right down street from Schloss Charlottenburg

no coffee or kettle in room, & a mini-fridge would've been nice but not essential. Luckily, Sophie's Cafe nearby is excellent for breakfast!

The breakfast was awesome 👏, no limitations as to what you want to eat

When I got there , I paid 194euros for 2 nights plus breakfast, but because I wasn’t done with what I came to Berlin for, I had to extend my stay for another 2 nights but this time around I was charged 105 euros for just 1 night and finally paid 211euros for 2 nights which wasn’t cool at all. Why would did the price go up? Was it because I decided to stay? Common you guys can do better. It’s either you put a standard price so people won’t get uncomfortable when trying to extend their stay. You can agree with me that €105 per night is very high right? Please do better next time.
