Interesting place, cool old artwork in the halls, had real character. Great retail very nearby, like small grocers etc. All-night bar two doors down.

I prefer to take my room key with me and not leave it at the front desk, but I understand that it's expensive to replace the cool brass keychains they were on, and as the room keys were held behid the desk, there was no security risk. It just felt odd, but perhaps I'm just weird.

The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the train station, which made it very easy for me to move around the city and also for my return to the airport. I just couldn't use the train on arrival because the flight was delayed and there was no train available, so I took an Uber (approximately €60).

The only thing I really didn't like, at least in my room, was the shower. The adjustment was not very good, and the water jet changed in intensity after some time of use.

Centrally located across from Station Charlottenburg and around the corner is metro station Wilmersdorfer straße. Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception. Room was good for 1 person and even without AC well ventilated and cool (it was 29 degrees outside).

The bathroom was a little bit small, the sink was very close to the toilet.

Amazing staff, facilities are good and good value for money. very close to the station so if you get a room with a balcony, might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Definitely recommend for solo travellers who dont want to stay in a hostel and explore Berlin!

My room was upgraded to a double super pleased. Nice clean basic room no frills but clean and great mattress. Reception staff varied some very cheerful and chatty one very stern.

Some noise at night but not the hotel fault but selfish guests.

Great location and staff. Comfortable stay. Everything was OK. Sound isolation was not the greatest but did not cause issue. You have all you need in the surrounding. And good connections with public transport. Would recommend.

Wi-fi was quite bad. Water pressure/temperature was weird, but my shower also seem to malfunctions so there's that.

Good a safe location (just 5min to the train station by walk), everything was clean, the staff was super-nice (they let us to store our luggages after check-out). I was suprised that our room definitely looked better than in the pictures. Highly recommended!

Only soft smell from the bathroom (but nothing terrible). The walls were tiny, but nothing really bothering - we slept well in the night :)

The hotel is ideally located, with connections to U-Bahn and S-Bahn very close by, and lots of shopping options in the neighbourhood. The room was very nice and clean, wi-fi connection was good, and surroundings were very quiet. Backyard view is quite lovely.

Light switch could have been located closer to the bed as well as to the door. Otherwise everything was very nice!!

Able to hear others from neighbouring rooms at night, especially when they open their window
