Great location and very lovely warm staff. They help when you need, and they’re really kind about it. It was a little busy from the neighbors side of the building, I can’t say the isolation was incredible, but I didn’t mind it at all. So it was no issue at all. Overall, everything was brilliant, was a nice time spent here.

Wasn’t the quietest place on earth, but that’s fine if you don’t need the absolute silence during the daytime. Evenings it’s no problem and it’s more than quiet delightfully. Just during the day it could be a little hectic due to the location and the surroundings. Overall it was all great.

Location is great being next to the main tram lines of the city. Unfortunately this means train sounds all day and night. This could be a non issue if the windows were well insulated, which ours wasn’t. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

In this area you will everything you need , very convenient . If you like walking - you can walk to a lot of locations , direct line to airport. The room was very clean , bed is comfortable. Quite at night .

You have to carry you luggage with with the stairs.

A cute little hotel near both a tram and an underground station, in walking distance from a shopping street and one of Berlin's main three opera houses (Deutsche Oper). The staff was super friendly and helpful - they kept my bags safe when I arrived too early for check-in as well. The room was small, but absolutely adorable, nicely furnished and had a very cosy feel to it. I had a room with a view on the yard. It was fairly quiet and I couldn't hear any traffic. The wifi was good as well.

The room was very cold upon arrival and took quite a while to warm up afterwards. The radiator started making very loud noises at around 5 a.m. and kept going until about 8. Until I found out what the sound was, I was a little scared :') The neighbourhood is a little odd as well. I wouldn't want to be walking around there by myself at night. It seemed harmless during the day though - just a tad rough.

The staff were really friendly and the location is perfect.

Every thing is okay we both like most the property. But as per my personal opinion some hums they have to change like add a kitchenette because as a indian not hebitual to eat everyday in restaurants & kettles for warm water.

I like the great location close to all the travel opportunities. Even the quick shopping is easily reached. And if you dive into the surrounding can be charming.

Location is convenient, metro station is very close. The room was clean. Good value for money.

Carpets in the general area are not very clean
