I really liked the self check-in when I arrived very late at night. The room was also clean and comfortable.

I tried to reach the staff many times during the working hours to inform them about my late arrival and nobody responded. At that time, I had no idea about the self check-in machine and nobody mentioned it. This is why I was annoyed and pretty much afraid to lose my reservation.

Relatively new interior, clean, comfortable beds, the kitchenette offers everything you need for basic cooking. No noise from the airport, free parking, WiFi working fine. Norma supermarket at the ground floor. S-Bahn within 10-15 minutes walk (through a brownfield), taking an RB train to the city center is much faster (50 min direct S9 vs. 15+5 min RB24 with change to S-Bahn at Ostkreuz). Very close to A13 highway. The description and photos here are accurate.

Elevator out of order, the notice on its door looked quite old, so maybe it is not working for a longer time. Empty reception (during working hours written on its door) - you have to fully rely on the electronic check-in working. On the other hand, the machine requires only your name to check-in. We misread the confirmation e-mail and arrived sooner than 3 p.m. when the self-check-in starts. No instruction for check-out... so we just threw our door-cards into a letterbox behind the entrance door, hoping everything will be OK.

The place has 24/7 remote check-in/check-out, which is good for the place near the airport. We were struggling a bit to find boxes, but it is fine. There are a lot of free parking places in walking distance, which was highly important for us as we were travelling by car. Despite the location near the airport it was calm and quiet in the room.

It was ok for us as we travelled by car, but the location might be an obstacle for people without a car.

The rooms were very clean and we're equipped with good kitchen facilities.

The location was both a blessing and a curse: very close to the BER airport so it was a convenient trip from the airport. However the train ride to and from downtown Berlin was very long and frustrating. If you don't plan on driving or taking a taxi it might be exhausting.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in earlier, at 10 am, greeted by a very professional receptionist who helped us to carry the luggage into the room. He also offered us a cot for our baby to sleep in. The room is bright, spacious, and sparkly clean, with a very comfortable bed and all essential furniture. We had a great stay. Although Motel Plus doesn't have a lobby or restaurant services, another hotel nearby offers a great breakfast buffet and serves coffee and drinks all day.

The neighborhood is not very interesting but the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and train station, with easy connections to the city center.

This was our second time here. I was dropping one daughter at the airport and picking another one up. The motel was very convenient for this due to its location. It’s like 12 minutes drive. We had a room on the 4th floor this time which was nice as we didn’t overlook the carpark like last time. There was a supermarket downstairs so one could buy some food, we used the microwave to cook some cold meals. The guy at the reception was very friendly.

The room was extremely cold when we came as the heating was switched off. We put it on and it took quite a while for the room to warm.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed is super comfortable. Towels were included even though it was not listed under the room details so it was a pleasant surprise. :) Receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. I would gladly recommend the accomodation.

Public transportation is almost non-existent in the morning. Be prepared to call a taxi or Uber to take you to the nearest metro,bus, etc. stop.

The rooms are very clean and neat. Its ideal for 2 or 3 people. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is enough if you want to warm your dishes or if u want to make tea or coffee. There is absolutely nothing to complain. Its value for money. The location is bit far from the city center. If u travel by car then you don't feel it. I would definitely come back here if I travel to Berlin.

Good value, The staff was very helpful, and gave me a room much earlier than expected as I arrived early. There is free parking, good Chinese restaurant, super market right below the hotel.

Everything was very good. Room is big, with nice equiped kitchenete, TV, sofa and small tables. Bathroom was just perfect, with towels, soaps. All appartment was clean. Self check-in by machine is easy and comfortable. Well done! 👍
