I've stayed at many airport Holiday Inns, and this one was by far the best. The rooms were nice and clean, the lobby and restaurant were nice, nothing to complain about. But what I do want to point out is how lovely the staff were. I don't think they realize how much their kindness and professionalism meant to me at a time where I had major travel disruptions, and was physically and emotionally exhausted. A huge thanks to the staff there who unknowingly made me feel calm after a difficult day.

The hotel was near the Brandenburg airport, which made it very convenient to catch our flight. They do NOT offer a free airport shuttle, but do have a cab service that leaves for the terminal hourly. The hotel was air-conditioned, which was greatly appreciated during the 30C/85F degree weather.

They do not offer a free shuttle to the airport, which seemed strange for a "airport hotel." Also, the hotel is located in an industrial area, so there are limited options for shopping, etc. However, the area is quiet and we slept well.

Wasn’t planning on staying but had to because our flight got canceled last minute so we had to sleep close to the airport. Place is clean and pretty and the service was good. Dinner and breakfast were actually very good. Didn’t expect this much.

The heat in the rooms. OMG both rooms were so hot even with AC at 10C told front desk the next day that there is a problem because it was this warm that we in both rooms couldn’t sleep before 3am. Beds are hard too. But I like soft so I guess not the right person to judge.

We had an amazing guy from India at breakfast. He always took his time out to speak to our children. I would say the staff in the restaurant was the most helpful. Always smiling, willing to help if we had questions.

The staff at the desk gave us our key to the room and that was it. Didn’t explain about amenities. It was actually my Aunt that told us there was a bar on the terrace!! I wish I would have known! We book this hotel because it’s closest to our family.

the room was good size, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. we booked here for our final night because we had an early flight and it was close to the airport. it's a holiday inn so you know what you're getting which is nice sometimes when traveling abroad.

wish there was a shuttle from the train to the hotel and/or from the hotel to the airport. due to the close proximity to the airport, and the reason we choose this hotel, it's unfortunate that there isn't a shuttle offering and you have to take a bus or book a taxi/uber.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Berlin Airport during a leisure trip. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the ones who arranged our transportation. They have an onsite restaurant we didn’t use, but looked very nice. They do include breakfast with your stay, which was delicious. Close by the airport. Would recommend..

The bed was comfy, the breakfast was nice. The staff in the restaurant were nice.

Only basic TV channels in the room, no smart TV. The room was small. The staff at reception were OK but not particularly friendly. The biggest no was that there was no airport shuttle for the hotel so I had to get a taxi in the end which was expensive as the hotel is 5 KMs from the airport. The app for taxi sharing was too complicated to work out after a very long flight.

EVERYTHING was great about this Hotel ..it's pretty far outside of the city, but I certainly understand why. It was quiet, clean, and everything you might need is in the Hotel or very nearby. The restaurant was fantastic and the waitstaff was exceptional.

I honestly can't think of a single thing.

The rooms are OK, except the ones with a passage door between. I would recommend to not accept as guest such a room, because there is a chance to have a noisy neighbor - what happened to me: hardly could asleep because he was watching TV late in the evening with high volume. Somehow I could asleep after my neighbor turned off his TV , but woke me up his shouts at 2 o'clock. After listening the continuous shouts for almost 1 hour, went to the reception and the gentlemen from the reception offered me immediately an other room to try to sleep some hours. They were very kind. The whole team is very professional.

A noisy neighbor did not let me sleep in one of the 3 nights of my stay at the hotel. It was an experience which teaches me what kind of room to not choose/accept.

If you need a hotel room near the airport it is good, it's just about 10 minutes by car. staff was nice and helpful with amenities. The check-in was fast, and so was the check-out. Getting there by bus and train from Berlin is far away, but the bus stop is near the hotel. You can go on foot too, about 17 minutes from the subway.
