Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless and exactly as shown on pictures. The bed was comfortable which I usually find not to be the case with cheaper hotels so that was a nice surprise, it was huge too! There was soap provoded in the shower and sink as well as towels and a hair dryer on the wall. The aircon worked nicely too. All the staff were really nice and welcoming, made us feel that nothing would have been too much if we had of asked. Breakfast was good and was the usual continental type with breads, hams and cheese along with fruits, yoghurt and some cooked meat and scrambled egg. The fruit juices were nice and not the usual powdered stuff mixed with water. Pet friendly too! The airport was 8 minutes by train and the train station was around a 10 minute walk. You would never know it though, it was so peaceful there and on our last morning we were watching deer from our room in the field over the road. There is a supermarket 2 doors down and also a Chinese restaurant, we didnt try this. If we ever return to Berlin we will certainly be staying here again!
Nothing at all we didn't like.

The hotel was very close from the airport, around 10 minutes. We had an early flight at 6:00am, very convenient. The room was big enough and very cleaned, a big window that gives so much light. We were housed in the 201, the bathroom had a smell of sewer climbs. We reported it at check-out and another receptionist took the time to note it in these instructions, we felt understood
During our check-in, it was as if the gentleman wanted to sloppy his work. Also working in the reception, I did not feel welcomed. He asks me to fill out the information sheet and pay at the same time. No time to consult with my friend who asks me if I pay or she pays what the gentleman says "yes" in a rather non-chalant tone.

The room was clean and comfortable for a few days. We had breakfast there one morning and it was excellent—plenty of variety to suit every taste. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the train station, but it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. We chose this hotel because our flights were at very early and late hours.
The pillows were a bit of a horror, very uncomfortable, and there were some earwigs (probably coming up from the shower drain, though I’m not sure). Luckily, I spotted them early and got rid of them.

Fabulous stay here beautiful double room with twin beds, clean well presented, up to date decor. Safe, heating and air con, good lighting, large mirror, large bathroom with shower and comes with soft tissues which was a nice touch and shower gel and hand wash I. The bathroom. Key card entry to the room and lift which was a nice touch for safety and security within the hotel. Breakfast provided for extra in the morning very accommodating at this hotel and friendly. Breakfast contains pastries, cereal, sausages eggs hard boiled or scrambled and a variety of cold meats and fruits and yoghurt as well as juices and hot drinks. Reception are very friendly and welcoming couldn’t do enough for you during the stay and open all the time which is helpful. Bar open so you can get a drink if needed which is also helpful if you want a hot or cold drink at any point and not bad prices. Would have liked an area to sit and do my hair so I didn’t have to stand by the mirrors to do it and could sit comfortably to do my hair, but that’s just my preference. Also pillows are nice and soft but just too big for me to sleep with I couldn’t get along with them but again my preference. Bed was very comfy and soft. Shower screen was an issue for me trying to get in and out was a mission as it opened either in or out but opening out it opened onto the toilet so in order to get out you had to squish into the toilet to then close the door and the same if you open inwards you then had to squeeze into the cold wall. There was a foul sewage smell also in my bathroom the whole time which I was a bit unsure of what it might be but thought maybe it was the drains and plumbing but got used to it when in there was just when it hit your noses when you first open the door. Safe was handy in the room you can set your own code to open it which was really good. WiFi was not good whilst there signal constantly in and out.

The room was simple and utilitarian, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-maintained, featuring a nice bathroom with plenty of lighting and a spacious mirror.
The main room itself had insufficient lighting, making it difficult to pack and organize my belongings, especially in contrast to the brightly lit bathroom. Additionally, the check-in time was unusually late (15:00), and the receptionist did not accommodate my slightly early arrival (just 30 minutes beforehand) or attempt to check for room availability, making the welcome feel rather cold and unwelcoming.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel due to work commitments. Staff super friendly. The hotel is quite close to Berlin airport, so the position must be valued depending on what are the purpose of the travel. If you are traveling for vacation and visit Berlin, then you are quite far away. If you need to stay close to the airport, the the hotel offer a very good accommodation at a very competitive price with respect to other options in the same area. There is an abundant breakfast.
The wifi in my room did not very well in several times. Also I found super expensive some products I bought at the bar (nothing more than a bottle of water...) when coming back from work duties. Whilst the price of the room was super affordable, I believe the price of what I purchased at the bar was way too high and unreasonable.

The location is great - near the London Underground and easily accessible. Nearest bus stop is basically just few steps away, an indian restaurant is the next door and Tesco is right across the street. Staff was friendly and the place was nice overall. The room was below the ground level and had no window: I knew this while booking and it was totally ok. My bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. My room 017 was quiet during my stay and everything I needed was available there. AC worked well and the space was nicely warm upon arrival (in cold October).
The sink drainage had clogging problems and the toilet drainage had water pressure problems.

Had early morning flight from Berlin airport so stopped night before. Arrived at midnight so didn't spend long there. Great price for what we needed. Only recommendation is don't use a taxi from airport. It cost 28 euros for like a 10 min journey. I believe the hotel has a shuttle service or better still use uber. very comfy opulent room would return
as stated above, expensive by taxi for like 3 miles. so if possible book shuttle or uber

Some staff members really stood out for their helpfulness and welcoming attitude- Rita from Morocco and Ricardo from Germany were amazing. I didn't catch the name of a third person but they were absolutely lovely.
The check-in experience for my first stay was poor. I did not expect to pay for my stay up front and this was not disclosed when I made my booking. I'd stayed in another Campanile facility where I settled my bill at the end of my stay and was generally received much better.

A great location if you like the countryside and peace and quiet. Next door to a great supermarket the train station easy walking distance. Beautiful old church and interesting old buildings. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. 2 stops from airport. Great for walking jogging bikking. Small farms with variety of farm animals outside village.
At night limited places to eat no little shops so bring some supplies with you.
