The location was outside of the Berlin city center in a quiet area. The staff didn't speak the best English but used Google translate when needed to make sure we were able to ask questions. We traveled with 2 infants and they went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable and taken care of as much as possible. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was a bit outdated but was clean enough for my crawling baby to be able to enjoy. The price was great and the rooms were spacious.

The staff at the front desk were not there so we had to call and wait in our car for the concierge to arrive.

Very helpful and friendly employee at the reception. The room was bigger than I thought, very clean, comfortable beds. Large bathroom in the room. Very tasty breakfast. Netto and Rewe shops, a pizzeria and a bus stop are very close to the hotel.

The location is certainly not very favorable. The city center takes about an hour by public transport with transfers. There is Wi-Fi available in the hotel, but it is not password protected and I did not connect to the network. The breakfast was very good, but not every table had a pot of coffee and I had to ask another hotel guest if I could borrow his coffee.

It was a good option for us to stay before taking the flight. The trip to the airport took around 20 min. The room was clean and had everything we needed The breakfast was just excellent. You can find the food up to your taste cheese, ham, fresh bread eggs / omlet, cereal, yougurt, juice, fruits etc

Late chekout was not that smooth. Reception was closed, and you needed to dial the phone number on the door. I wish all the information was duplicated in English with clear instructions for a number to call, including the country code. Never got the answer by messaging in Booking.com app

The hotel is close to the airport. The internet was good. The staff were excellent and friendly. Very helpful as well. The breakfast and dinner were okay 👍

The television channels have no English version. It was just boring watching television because it was all German.

Wish we had a kettle and a fridge in the room, as it was impossible to get coffee on a late evening on Saturday.

Very nice Hotel , good value of money . The ladies working there are super friendly and nice. Close to airport. Nice basic breakfast fresh .

Some soap for shower woukd be a great plus .

The staff is very fair, helpful and kind in everything. You can also choose from delicious dishes in the restaurant area. The rooms are clean and quiet. I can recommend it even for a long-term stay.

Clean, spacious room, welcoming host, buffet breakfast, quiet location. One can get to the hotel from Berlin city centre by metro and then bus in 1,30 hour.

Steep stairs, unfortunately, there was no elevator. It would be nice to have a small fridge inside the room.

Quite far from berlin centrum. If you miss your bus, be prepared to walk 20-30min (not so good with kids).
