This was our first visit to Berlin, and thanks to this hotel, it became truly special! Absolutely everything — from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the clean, cozy, and comfortable room — was perfect. A special thank you to Gabriella and Lee for their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to reach the city center. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. We truly felt like valued guests. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Berlin!

A modern and well designed hotel with nice sunsets viewed from its spacious roof top! Room: Clean, spacious, well thought out and functional designed room with good, bright adjustable lighting. It's one of the few hotels that I've stayed that has really given thought to the many and various types of lighting (including wardrobe auto light) and the optimum position (including the bathroom) with the user in mind. The day bed lounge with day & night curtains separating the rest of the room was an interesting concept where one could relax cosily. Wood flooring was used instead of the common carpets that can become dirty, worn out, unhygienic, trapping dirt, and odour. The large glass door could be open wide or tilted to let in fresh air. The bed was comfortable and firm enough to support one's back without sinking. Feather pillows. Guests can do their laundry using their washer & dryer without charge. The onsite restaurant Dong-A serves yummy Vietnamese Asisan cuisine. Rooftop sunsets Wonderful large rooftop space to view sunset & sunrise on the deck chairs. The rooftop bar is open during evenings if the weather is good. The Spree River is just a stone's throw where you can catch a lovely sunset in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood! Steinecke bakery is just 30 steps across the road if you prefer to have a light breakfast. Tiergarten S Bahn station is just down the road. Very pleased with the room! 👍👍👍 😃

Unfortunately, the hotel did not score well in handling a false fire alarm. Guests were woken up by the alarm at 6am on a Sunday. We vacated to the street and hotel lobby. The fire engine came, and the firemen went to check. No explanation was given, nor were we informed that all was clear and that we could return to the room. It was only when one guest asked the manager that we learned that it was a false alarm. As I walked back, I informed those who were still standing on the street that all was clear. I hope KPM improves their fire handling in announcing and informing guests that the coast is clear and also to look into having a speaker system along corridors to alert people and update people in such emergencies.

Location, amenities, quality, restaurant - all great as always!

The new staff (it was our second trip to this hotel, the staff that was still there since July was same splendid) was lacking some expertise, smile and eagerness to help or tell more about the hotel. One lady tried to get in our room without knocking, another lady’s response to all our questions was “I’m not sure/I don’t know”. This was little bit upsetting.

Atmosphere was calming, staff excellent (the older gentleman on reception and his staff really pleasant and efficient. The young lady in charge of breakfasts ran a very efficient and friendly restaurant. Special mention to the cook's wonderful omelettes ! Very good location for travel within and around Berlin using S Bahn and U Bahn. Great position close to the River Spree Excellent to view the amazing kpm pottery facilities Gym really nice atmosphere and good facilities

Bed rather difficult for one partner to exit and re-enter during the night.

I'm a reluctant traveler, always home sick. The spacious room of this hotel, the small balcony, kitchenette, comfortable bed and great climate control were more than I could ask for. The restaurant offers great food, so all of it was enough to make me very happy. Central location on a quiet Spree bank is also wonderful.

Cleaning just once a week, should be ok for short term stays, but since I was there for two weeks - felt a bit sparse. Felt like there weren't enough little shampoo/body wash bottles in the shower, I had to buy my own.

KPM hotel & residence offers excellent value for money. It is a modern and very well soundproofed hotel. Our room, a deluxe suite, was very large and had plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette offers is useful if you plan to not eating out every night. Perfect for a week's stay. The hotel restaurant Dong A is serving a substantial breakfast buffet in the modern. Though generally decent some of the pastries were rather dry. That being said we had dinner there one night and it was actually very good. The location is a neutral factor here. It’s not located near many sights but it’s very close to the Tiergarten S-Bahn that gives you easy access to everything in and around Berlin. Of note though it’s located (as it’s name would suggests) on the KPM porcelain manufacture which is worth a look. In the summer time the proximity of the Tiergarten would make it a great option for runners in my opinion

The bathroom was rather small compared to the room although it was perfectly functional with a nice shower with great water flow. There is room for certain improvements, particularly in terms of ventilation : the one in the bathroom is noisy and there is no air exchanger. We pointed out that the air in the room was heavy and musty and the only solution offered was to open the window. Not ideal for Berlin's cold, rainy winters. Also, the housekeeping would benefit from being more thorough, the rooms were clean except for the floor which is not washed often. We actually found that out after wiping some water the floor after, as suggested, opening a window to change the air in the room ! A pillow menu would be a good idea

Smart residential location, main station less than 10 min walk away. Modern upmarket hotel, staff very friendly and extremely helpful especially Sophia and Layla who went above and beyond to make our short break extra special with their local knowledge and recommendations for sightseeing, dinner reservations and local transport networks. An early check in, superior room upgrade and the large super comfortable bed were very much appreciated following our early morning arrival into Berlin. Thanks also to Reception and Catering team for arranging a lovely packed 'breakfast to go' for us on the last morning due to our 6am check out. Overall a fabulous weekend and we would certainly recommend KPM Hotel and Residences for a business or leisure visit to Berlin.

Helpful and friendly staff available 24 hrs, the entire hotel was beautifully clean and well kept. Loved the happy hour popcorn and sparkling wine and use of the gym, sauna, laundry and rooftop. Also enjoyed the smart TV and coffee machine in the room. Our room was spacious and well equipped for our two-week stay.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We asked for some items or services that didn't arrive, or else we had to ask the front desk multiple times for it to be delivered to the room. However these were minor items so didn't impact the comfort of our stay much.

A high-standard hotel, conveniently located very close to Tiergarten Park and the S Tiergarten station. There are two cafés near the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff responded promptly to every request and need. The reception staff provided excellent service and maintained a warm, friendly demeanor throughout.

There was one staff member at the hotel reception who was less friendly and did not smile as much. On the other hand, most of the team was outstanding—extremely pleasant, helpful with every question and issue, and consistently providing excellent support.
