Perfect location, huge beds, nice and fully equipped kitchen.

WiFi didn’t work the most of the time. One bedroom had only a oil-radiator. The furniture is cheap and old.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, though the furnishings were minimal as expected for this price range. While the beds were slightly softer than average, they provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel's prime location near Berlin Zoologischer Garten Bahnhof makes it incredibly convenient for both public transport and city exploration. The garage parking was surprisingly affordable, though it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Considering the excellent location, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money, we had a truly satisfying stay.

The staff was very helpful, everything went smooth and easy, the location is pure gold worth, the Ku’damm area with lots of branded shops and food options, there were several public transport options nearby and the hotel offered the parking inside the location with only 10€ per day, which was very convenient. Most of the evening were good to just roam around the area, grocery stores like Lidl and Rewa were around 500m away.

It’s an old apartment, lift was not working but an employee helped to lift my suitcase. Toilet/bath was too small and there was some kind of smell, although it’s fully equipped. Kitchen and apartment carpet was too old and can be changed.

+really spacious and airy apartment - we got the one on the first floor with windows overlooking the inner yard so it was peaceful and quiet. +the kitchen was big and had most of the necessary equipment, although a chopping board and a spatula were missing. all the appliances worked fine. +the bathroom was quite conveniently equipped too (tissues on the wall next to the washbasin and plastic bags for hygenic stuff near the toilet). there was very good water pressure in the shower so it was a pleasure to wash off the whole day's weariness. towels were changed on daily basis if necessary +the whole place was spotless! the cleaning service really did their job perfectly! +the lady receptionist helped us upon arrival with accessing the hotel's underground garage, made the check in easy and fast and provided us with wi-fi passwords +the apartment is just about 400m from the underground and a well-stocked Rewe supermarket is about 600m away

the apartment wasn't exactly modern when it comes to interior design or the age of furniture, but that wasn't really a problem as everything worked as it should. the only issue was the bed I was sleeping in - the mattress was too soft for me, also wi-fi wasn't very fast

I have only met one person, but he was great at meeting us and helping with the luggage. Also recommended some places to eat that were all great. The car park is at the back of the property and behind a locked gate and it was really safe. The room itself was adequate, it was clean, but don't expect anything special. For us, it did the job. Also, the location was pretty good. Not far to the centre by car or public transport.

Not much to dislike unless you have some unreasonable expectations for the price.

Perfect location, close to Kudamm, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and coffee shops around, helpful staff, spacious rooms, well equipped, good value for money. Would stay again.

We first got a room on the third floor which had a damp kitchen but the staff was very prompt and gave us another room the next day so everything was good in the end.

Good apartments in the heart of west Berlin. Everything is close. Personnel in reception is qualified and speak in different languages. The room, bathroom and kitchen are large and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Regular cleaning of apartment. The underground car parking with a good price for Berlin of 10,- EUR per night. The railway is close, but noise is practically absent if to close balcony door and curtains.

At the entrance to the lower level of underground parking, you can hook the floor with the front of the car. You need to be careful.

Nice cozy hotel on a perfect location in this beautiful city. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and interesting boutiques. Excellent bus and metro connections to the rest of the city. Garage under the hotel for only 10 euros per day. Big time recommending.

Amazing location with great cafes restaurants and transportation nearby. The Hotel itself is a bit dated, but rooms have everything needed and good size. Simple, functional setup, nothing fancy, but practical.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken. And I was on the 5th floor. So that was a huge down side
