Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, would have liked a fruit salad everyday but there were one or two days when it was not on offer (but there was always fresh fruit). Bedrooms mostly comfortable. Did not hear the trains despite the hotel being close to the railway line.

The AC didn't feel that efficient (however it was extremely hot and the AC was probably at its maximum capacity). Also would have liked to have had an option of better pillow. I always find in Germany that the pillows are too soft. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow!

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of April, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and constant availability truly made a difference — they were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was for directions, local tips, or just a friendly chat. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — rich, varied, and delicious, with something to satisfy every taste. It felt like the perfect way to start each day! The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from the metro and the train to the airport, which made getting around the city (and back home) incredibly easy and stress-free. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Thanks to the entire team for such a wonderful stay!

Location and restaurants around are very convenient. Hotel is very close to all variety of transportation, small supermarkets one opened also during Sunday. Breakfast were fine, but nearly no vegetable only cucumber :-(. Noise from street during night is fine if you are facing street not the bridge with S-Bahn (I cannot evaluate these rooms), but some more sensitive people may consider it as not quiet enough due to S-Bahn (train) proximity.

Parking is better outside of Hotel in park house (there are several around with 5min walk only) rather than using hotel. WiFi was very slow, but for emails and googling it was enough. To us very uncomfortable mattress (stiff and slippery), every morning a bit of back issue requiring a lot of stretching

Breakfast was great, tons of different foods and all made of great quality, scrambled eggs were among the best I have ever tried. The room was clean, had all needed amenities, except for channels in other languages.

The bed was not the most comfortable, pillows were a bit shallow, the Comforter/duvet was kind of heavy, air-conditioning was a bit weak in my room 330. Noise insulation was great despite being only 40-50 m from the train´s track. I wish I could have slept a bit better. Other than than the hotel is a solid solid choice.

Location is OK. Clean rooms, air conditioner works well, fitness spot is OK, internet connection is OK. Breakfast is OK, but could had been more vegetables and how come no Croissants 🙂

There were no parking space during our stay. We had to drive around the area for a while looking for the parking place at the streets, which was a strugle to find one. Breakfast time could last longer- until 11 a.m. Sliding glass door for the toilet and bathroom - not very good idea- more privacy would be appretiated 🙂

The breakfast is good. As long as you are staying for a couple of days only. It doesn't change at all. Location is superb, maybe it would be a good idea to actually indicate which metro station is the closest and how to do it from the airport. We used three trains, hour and a half on trains and 10min walk to get there from the airport. On our way back, when we got to know where we are, one changeover and maybe one hour. Simple. S9 from the airport to Warszchauerstrasse, then U3 to Uhlandstrasse. Walk for 3min, one street. It would really help a lot, not only "subway access". Bar is open 24/7, which is great. A word of caution for men: shopping street is way to close :-)

People come with the baggage. A place to stow those? And somewhere to hang the towels. For three persons the room is on a bit on the small side.

Well located hotel. Comfortable room with full size sofa bed to accommodate our teenage son in our family room. Nice and clean, with excellent bathroom. Breakfast buffet was a highlight, with loads of choice, and plenty of space to sit.

Hotel is close to the rail line. Excellent for train links, but obviously can make it a bit noisy, if you have the window open. I’m sure we wouldn’t have been disturbed as much by train noise if we’d kept window closed, but our preference is always for fresh air over air con - not the hotel’s fault, just our choice!

Everything, location, great room, the buffet is vast and super spacious, the staff is amazing! Max, Sandra, the guy with the beautiful long curly hair. The location is super convenient. I love the Peloton bikes in the gym, that makes an outstanding difference from all the hotel gyms I’ve been. Thank you so much to the staff. I’ve been twice and I’ll keep staying here.

Everything! The colours of the buffet area are super nice and cosy.

Great location. 2 minutes walk from nearest metro and bus stations whereby you can reach airport with 2 vhcls within 50mins. Even you can walk to Pappilon and any other nice spots on foot. In just opposite street, there are several restaurants, bars like a open air passage. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Kristina… you will love the breakfast.

No refrigerator in the room, it was my first, was shocked. Imagine; you are resting in the balcony towards the sunset after a joyful walk through the happy people’s city of Berlin but your beer is hot :(( There was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival.

Location suited us really well for 4-night city break. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable with an excellent shower! Nice breakfast with a good hot/cold range. Friendly staff and overall a relaxed and welcoming vibe.

We had a room with a balcony and we felt this needs attention. The outdoor chairs are well worn and didn’t look safe to sit on and lots of weeds growing between the slabs. Also the door to the balcony was difficult to open/close.
