The situation is perfect for visit the city, you have Underground, Bus and Train all only 2-3 Minutes walking. The personal always you see, was so respectfully and help a lot in any doubt. Hotelroom is perfect for me, i habe a bath, bigger than what i thought, good Bad, Bed was so so confy and helped sleep everynight so good.

The laut of outside of motors of the cars in the night, that people think the street is for show how potent is her auto but this isn't a Hotel Problem. Hotel is perfect if you want enjoy a good Holidays and can visit everyplace and part if Berlin

The room was quite big, and everything essential was provided. We were traveling with a dog unexpectedly, so I appreciated that the staff allowed us to pay for the dog directly at the reception. The location was great. The overall interior was... pretty old-fashioned, but it was acceptable for the price I paid.

I wouldn’t say it wasn’t clean—just that some furniture and carpets were so old that they couldn’t really look clean anymore. For people who don’t care much about appearances, it’s a big rooms with a great location and helpful staff.

The first thing you notice in INTERIOR! It's a great old-fashioned Hotel with carpets, paintings, wood, like in Shining or Grand Hotel Budapest. This is definitely the most beautiful and Hotel-ly hotel I have ever been. At the same time it doesn't look old or abandoned, everything is clean and is carefully kept in good condition. The receptionists are very friendly, they helped with all questions, huge thanks to all three of them who I had an honor to deal with! The room corresponds to the description, and it had two windows looking at Kurfursterdamm! It was very cozy, the Wi-Fi was good, I will definitely stay there again. And it's 3 minutes from Zoologischer Garten that you may get anywhere from. There is also a small 24/7 shop not far from the hotel, and some nice wurst next to S-bahnhof.

Very nice vintage vibe. The furniture is vintage but the beds seemed modern and are very comfy. I also really liked the firm pillows The staff was all very nice The door lock is fidgety so they took the time to teach me how to do it properly. The room was very big and quite clean (but of course carpet floor will have stain even if it's cleaned, it's expected with time) Bathroom was spacious and very well cleaned. Water pressure is very good.

The spot under the bed could have been vacuumed a little. The street side can be heard a little bit. It was fine for me but might be a problem for light sleepers The light in the bathroom was flickering so it was slightly annoying (but not a big deal)

Nice and clean and room, at the same time responsive staff and a rich breakfast selection. Due to the problems in the bathroom, it was quickly fixed by giving another more comfortable room. Would love to come back. Thank you!

I chose it mainly for the location which is really great, with just a few minutes walk to S9 direct from/to airport made my late arrival and super early departure quite easy. I was aware that it’s a bit dated from previous reviews, it turned out much better than expected. It didn’t bother me that much and what matter the most, such as bed and shower, are perfectly comfortable. The room also seems more spacious than many hotels in such location at this price level, and it has more character with the wood carved staircases, frescos at the entrance, if you enjoy such things.

If staying longer, things like a kettle and some cups would be nice.

It is a very pretty and old but stylish hotel. The staff was very nice and supportive. Everything was clean. The breakfast was yummy and everything was decorated in pretty Christmas decorations. We felt very welcome and comfortable. They gave us a bigger room, when they saw that we are three people (two small kids and I). My son got sick at night and the staff was super supportive and helpful. They told me that they don’t clean the rooms during our stay except we request it. That’s fine. I did see that some rooms in the other part of the hotel have older doors and the carpets seem older. Maybe bad ratings come from stays in those rooms. Our stay was wonderful!!!

The TV only has 5 channels with bad quality. We didn’t watch anything anyway.

Location - excellent. The staff - everything was excellent. Internet - excellent. Subway. everything is close, train station, bus, metro. Excellent. Room - great for one person. Cleanliness - everything in the room was clean and beautiful.

Room - missing coffee maker. The room is on the main street and it is noisy. But that's not the hotel's problem. Breakfast - I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, it was cheaper to eat in the bars next to the hotel. It had a morning charm.

We have stayed at this hotel (formerly known as ‘Azumut hotel Kurfürstendamm’ ) many times over the years, because of: central location. accommodating staff. rooms on 3rd floor spacious and nice with mini fridge and good size bathroom.

we were initially given rooms on the first floor. The rooms were cold (even with the heat turned on all day) dark and bathrooms sub-standard. However the staff were nice and moved us to new room as soon as there was availability.

It was a quiet room. The location was near to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. There are markets nearby and Spätkauf just on the side of the hotel. It Bus stops were just around the corner. In front of the hotels was a Taxi stand..different kinds of transports were nearby. The staff was very friendly and respectful.

The location of the hotel was on a busy street. We can hear the cars or bus in our room. It was tolerable. It would be nice if there was already a kettle in the room.we had to ask it from the receptionist,service water also.
