No key only passcode sent via email/text. Very convenient and easy to share with partner. Appliances worked great and it feels more at home than a hotel which is fun. Very comfortable in my opinion for the price point. Location is great if you need to be in the area. Easy to get around Berlin from this location too so a good recommendation.

The issue is the time frame for which the passcode is sent. It's basically a window between 11 am and 3 pm which makes it difficult to plan around. The door to the building is constantly unlocked so anyone from the street can reach all the way to your door with no check point or nothing. This definitely felt "unsafe" at first but no incident was recorded during my stay. Few stains on the wall but everything else was very clean.

Large, very clean, spacious apartment, with everything required for our four night stay. Well equipped kitchen, used for breakfast only, but sufficent to make larger meals if needed. Beds comfortable, could do with some extra pillows. Toiletries and washing machine tabs provided. Facility to drop luggage early. Location on Joachimsthaler Str. was convenient to train and bus stations, (bus 100 to visit all the sights). Plenty of restaurants and cafes on surrounding streets. Supermarket approx. ten minutes on Uhlandstrabe. Wide range of upmarket shops, if interested, within ten minute walk. Overall, a nice pleasant stay.

Perfect lokation (close to bus, metro and train stations, supermarkets, sights, including the Zoo - and many restaurants.) The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing maschine in the comfortable, big bathroom. The room looks good. We received koffee capsules teabags and sugar, not to mention a bottle of water. There are even umbrellas in the closet for the customers. The staff members answer any e-mails quickly, they are kind, professional and helpful. Bset recommendations! By the way, the mattress is rather soft. (That is a neutral statement.)

If I have to mention anything that is less than perfect, that is the size of the bed. One double bed that is queen sized, or smaller (I did not measure, whether it is 160 cm wide, but I say it cannot be wider than that.) So, if you don't want to sleep too close to your roommate then probably you'll find it unpleasant. Even this statement is neutral, not a negative one.

Apartment was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed which was already set up upon arrival. We were also assisted promptly when asked for a crib check/replacement. The room was smaller as shown in the pictures but fine for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is a bit far from the city center but right in the shopping district. 8 minutes bus drive to the Zoo/Aquarium. No noise from outside, good heating and windows able to be opened.

A microwave would be a good addition to heat up food/milk etc. Just one detail, we were provided with clean towels but another set was left wet in the washing machine. A cloth dish towel would be nice to have in the kitchen area to dry dishes. More coffee capsules would be nice as only two are not enough for a longer stay and are not easy to find (specific kind for the coffee machine)

Enjoyed the stay. The apartment has everything you need. It is clean and is close to a metro station which can take you anywhere in the city. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a 24/7 shop nearby as well as two big shopping malls. Very convenient self-check in. There is no need to have a key and everyone in the groop can access the appartment when they need it.

Nothing fancy. Quite old apartment. The rooms are quite hot, there is no A/C. If you open the windows, it is quite noisy from the street. Sleeping when the day starts with open windows is not an option.

We are returnee to this property. We found it back in 2022 when in Berlin and decided to go back here for its location and in-room facility. The check in/out procedure is very straightforward with key-coded access and the host is very responsive in responding to our query via booking and WA channel. We stayed in a bigger room than we did before and definitely better view. We like the in-room facilities, i.e., microwave, e-stove, washing machine with all amenities. Perfect for us to stay for 4 nights and we can even set a family dinner with our son who stayed in Berlin.

The bed and pillows should have been better. While we give thumb up for the in-room facility, the building facility was disappointing. There are two elevators but one was broken. The only one worked experienced problem as well during our stay hence all guests need to take stairs. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was quite a challenge to bring our multiple luggages down. Luckily there is another set of elevator on the other end that can take us down and got us out from the next building.

Location was great. Right between 2 subway stations and had a cute bakery/convenience store a few steps away. Easy to get to downtown Berlin. Apartment itself was spacious and warm (we were here in winter). Easy to get in with provided code, even though they send it to you at the last minute (so need email access).

There was no kitchen towel. And no salt and pepper. The kitchen implements/pots were a little sparse. But there WAS a dishwasher, which was amazing.

Allowed early check-in. Helped me with check-in form with a pad when electronic form did not work. Helped me with luggages when moving in. Have full facilities in the room including kitchen and washing machine. Have a 24 hour help dest. One deep night I forgot my passcode to the room, their staff in second floor office called his colleague after hour and helped me find the code. Great location, convenient shopping, a lot to explore.

The room is large, with all amenities, well lit, comfortable beds

The check-in process was terrible: when ordering a room, we indicated the check-in time was 10-11 o'clock, but when we arrived, we were told that check-in was after 15-00. When registering online at the booking account, our data was constantly not loading. In addition, additional payment was taken, which was not mentioned when ordering.

We visited Berlin for the Marathon on September 24th; the location was great since it was close to the event. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well organized, and it had all the beds ready for us to sleep. Train stations were at walking distance, grocery stores, restaurants (the Italian restaurant at the Prager Passage was exceptional) and other retail stores were nearby, which it made it easier for us to enjoy our stay. I would definitely rent again. Communication was promptly and instructions to check in were clear; and check in process was easy and convenient.

We didn't find a wine opener in the kitchen, which I found it strange being wine something usual to drink in Europe, we had to buy one, which we left it at the property for the next guest.
