I stayed for one night at this hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional. The owner was very generous, telling me that I could eat from the fridge and use the house as if it were my own. He was also very kind and offered me fruit, showing great hospitality and care for the guests. However, I had everything I needed with me, so I didn’t use anything from the house. I truly appreciate the owner’s kindness and generosity and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I really like this place. I know people complained by the noise, but having a private room is so nice, and for the price, this is even cheaper than a hostel room with 8 beds. The internet was good, and there was a small game room/coworking area were I took my online meetings. This place is good just to stay a night, and then take a flight home.

It did smell a lot to cigarets, and the walls are thin, but I only had one neighbour in a different room. Compared with a hostel were I share the room with other 7 people, this was way better.

Booked here because we needed to stay somewhere near the airport. It was perfect location, easy to get to airport. We checked in when the reception was closed and the machine for self check in was super easy. Although the bathrooms and kitchen were shared, they were very clean and tidy.

There were no instructions for the wifi and so we could not access it. Also the curtains did not cover the window fully and there was light from outside shining onto where you were sleeping.

Very convenient. it’s not far from the airport. there is everything you need for a short night - there is a bed, wardrobe, a mirror, glasses, your own sink. there is a common kitchen (with a teapot and everything for cooking) and toilets+ showers outside your apartments. check in and check out are without talking to anyone (outside the building is a machine where you get your key. when it’s the check out time, you just drop the key in the box next to the exit )

the walls are very thin. if somebody watches tv or has some romantic time, you would hear everything

Welcoming staff, Calm pension in a residential area, supermarket close (less than 10mins walking), kitchen and dining room available (although did not find cuttlery in the kitchen), drink vending machine (coffee, tea soups). I would recommend for one night before flying for sure.

Nothing really, was just as were my expectations

The pension reminded me a bit of barracks or a Boys Scout dorm, and I mean this in a good way: safe, clean, quiet, removed from the bustle of big-city life. Shared bathrooms kept very clean. S-Bahn station conveniently nearby. No breakfast in the pension, but with a little planning it’s not a problem. And much cheaper than central hotels. I really enjoyed my five days there.

second time we stayed there and again, absolutely worth it. Located so close to the airport is just perfect to stay the night before or after flying from BER. Room was comfy and facilities were clean, so nothing to complain about that

The walls were paperthin so you could hear the other guests arriving and leaving. which is not as pleasant if you want to sleep in. the cleaning stuff started around 9 which was pretty loud as well, but if youre used to getting up early, it’s absolutely fine.

It is an excellent stop-over on the way to the airport. Cheap, basic (common toilet, kitchen space, etc.) but clean. Main attractions: price and location, a short walking distance to S-Bahn and then 2 stops to the airport. We used it for a sleep-over to catch an early morning flight. For these purposes: excellent. But only for that, I cannot imagine myself staying where for any over reasons (too far away from Berlin city center,).

It was close to the airport and only takes 10 minutes shuttle transportation. You need to walk to the apartment/building and it takes you 5-10 minutes. If you were arrived at night, be careful to the road because of no public road lights or less brightness. The other things I think is a good place to stay.

The rooms were great and clean, we had a mini fridge in each room. The train station was near. The staff was great, the receptionists let us keep out baggages at the reception, so we could go to the city without them.

They started to clean at 7am, ehich was quite noisy, we couldnt sleep. There is no warm water after 10pm, which is weird. The oven didnt work for some reason.
