The location is very good if you like to explore various cuisines around or if you have an event at the Estrel Hotel. The bed was very comfortable and separable, the breakfast was very good, staff very friendly but the one I met didn't speak English unfortunately, early check in available, very accommodating.

The space of the room was a bit tight to do yoga for example, the hotel doors were closed when I arrived at 12 pm and had to wait at a nearby cafe until 1 pm. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was for everything (hair, body, and face). invoice was not available right away so I forgot it the next day.

Small and cosy family hotel, very nice and friendly staff, possibility to park you car in a small backyard behind the hotel and belonging to it, locked access with a sliding door. The single room was spacy , even with a small balcony-like extension to the room with a view towards the park, there were all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was very good and exceeded the expectations. I found it very kind they were placing coffee/tea mugs on every table so you don't have to stand up to fill up your cup. Easy access after 12 o'clock with a code unlocking a post box in front of the hotel door where to find the key for your room.

The only disadvantage of this absolutely charming hotel is the distance from centre - you have to travel at least 30 minutes with the U-Bahn to reach any of the sightseeings in the heart of Berlin.

The breakfast is always very good with a large variety of food to choose from and the hotel cater for my Gluten intolerance . The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean . The hotel is near to all types of transport

There is not anything to dislike It would be nice to have a member of staff available at night for check in but for the stars the hotel is given there is nothing to dislike.

Breakfast is good given the overall price. What was crucial for me is that they say that breakfast is from 8.00 am in the weekends, but actually already at 7.30/7.40 am half of it was available and I was given coffee. It saved me quite some cash on breakfast in the city since I had to leave at 8 am.

I liked the location - very easy to get to from the airport. The main metro line U7 is close to the hotel. Easy to get to any point of interest. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. Next to the hotel is a park, 2 cafes and also a Lidl store. I liked it, I definitely recommend it and I will come back myself.

The fact that the door was locked, but it can be easily solved.

We always enjoy the breakfast at this hotel.Plenty of choice and they kindly catered for my intolerances of gluten and lactose. The room and bathroom are very clean .The room provides a great view for the morning sunset ! The staff are so friendly and helpful.We come here from England often because we are made to feel welcome.

To have someone at the desk a bit more often would be helpful.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The room is a bit small but we already knew this because we have been several times before.However we return because it is very comfortable and clean and perfect for a short stay.The shower is a powerful shower which we liked very much.The bed is also comfortable and the staff are really very helpful and this makes the stay very pleasant. Thank you to everyone .

The hotel is conveniently located close to the U-bahn. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Tasty and fresh breakfast with warm and cold dishes.

No kettle, tea, or coffee is available in the room. The windows don't block the traffic noise so it's not quiet at night even with windows shut.

The hotel is small and not very modern, but is cosy. The personnel are very nice. There is a small private parking space behind the hotel, which was very convenient - and no extra cost is charged. Everything was very clean, we could leave our bags earlier. Public transport is close by. Breakfast buffet was included in the price and the selection was very nice. It's better suited for business travellers, or for adults with no kids.

This was my second time at this hotel. I am happy with what I got. The service was friendly. Room and bathroom were as described. Breakfast was tasty. Subway was near near the hotel.

Parking space is very limited (only 2-3 cars) and during week day it is prohibited to leave the car
