In short: awesome! First of all: very clean everywhere, even in spots out of sight! The owners and the staff - all amazingly friendly. I have to use all these extra-words because it really felt like true hospitality :) Bed - really comfy. More comfy than the one I have at home (and I like my bed). Bathroom - big. And the shower was equally spacious. You could have a party in there. Toiletries - in bulk packaging, so none of that small, unrecyclable plastic waste. Breakfast - delicious, and the man staffing the dining room very friendly and helpful. Location - it's in Neukoln but it's 5 mins from S-bahn (Ringbahn too) and U-bahn station connecting in all directions. The room had both desk and night lights, as well as the ceiling light (which, I have learnt, is not always the case). And all that for a cheap price. When I booked the room, I had limited expectations judging by the price and location - but they were all exceeded. If I need a place in Berlin again, I'll come back.

The breakfast was superb, we liked everything about it. The food was great and the staff was very warm. The location of the hotel is also great, very quiet and easily accessible even when using public transport.

There was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room which was very unpleasant for us, especially considering we are non-smokers and we had little kids with us. I suggest that the hotel strictly monitors and enforces it's non-smoking policy, and should at least freshen up the rooms when indoor smoking incidents occur.

I loved the staffs there. from the receptionist to the staff serving the breakfast, they were very kind and helpful. loved the overall experience during my 3-night stay. I recommend this hotel to every solo traveler out there visiting Berlin.

I just had a small problem with the bathroom. the flush was not working. this problem was already addressed by the room service staff but wasn't solved till I moved into the room. apart from that, the stay was excellent.

Comfortable beds, clean linen, 2 separate rooms in a family room with 4 normal beds, not a sofa. It is very convenient that you can check in late in the evening.Thank you for the delicious breakfast and pleasant service!

Really sweet staff; everyone treated me so well! They gave me a welcome drink, and both the reception staff member and the breakfast server were attentive and accommodating. The room was very cozy. It’s outdated, but it kind of felt like going to your grandma’s place. I liked the area too, although it might feel rough for some people. There’s no luxury but it’s cozy and convenient. I would definitely go back.

The hotel could use a renovation; it looks old. The bed wasn’t comfortable, probably because it was old as well. They have paper-thin walls; you can hear almost everything that’s going on around you. I had no problem with it, but it was low season when I stayed, and it was quite empty. I imagine that during the summer, it can be really hard to sleep.

The Hotel is right next to a metro station, and close to another metro+ S-Bahn (Neukölln) station. You can take the train from the airport directly there. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the room is comfortable. The breakfast is really good, and they prepare eggs with bacon/ omelet or other requests on spot. The variety is good, and in 3 nights, I never had to repeat the same breakfast from the day before.

Very hospitable staff, this place exceeded our expectations, given our frequent travelling and knowing that lower price compared to other places in the area is usually a reason to be concerned. This hotel has actually managed to impress us. Free cola at the reception, we were also told that fruit, tee, coffee is free which is a nice bonus.
