The room was very spacious, we didn't expect that! It also had an electric kettle we used to make some tea to warm us up due to the cold weather. The location was amazing, only a very short walk to the next U-Bahn station (Rathaus Neukölln) and a little longer to another one (Hermannplatz), but the room was extremely quiet. Staff were really nice, the person who welcomed us even showed us to our room.

The breakfast didn't have that many options for people who don't eat meat. Two out of three of us are vegetarian, we found something to eat, but for the price of breakfast, we would have hoped for some more options, for vegans it would be even worse (I did not ask if there were special options, tho, so it's possible you'd have to ask for special requests). The beds were a little too soft.

Very clean hotel tucked away behind a shopping centre. A few minutes walk to Rasthaus Neukolln U station with easy access to the rest of the Berlin transport system. My room overlooked a small courtyard, which was very quiet. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were always friendly. Check in / out was smooth and I was dealt with very courteously throughout my 3 day stay.

Sometimes breakfast items could be a little thin on the ground, if you went down for breakfast after 8:30. Otherwise there was a good choice, but get there early to enjoy it. Check out is 11:00 but on the day I left the cleaners tried to enter my room at 10:20. Luckily I was fully dressed.

The room was large and very clean, with two beds, in a comfortable hotel and in a great neighborhood. Staff was attentive and I liked the diligence they showed with resolving challenges with regard to timing (had to cut short by a day due to an emergency and they adapted to my needs very quickly and amicably). Overall, I felt safe and comfortable, and I have already recommended the hotel to my other colleague due to the great value (unfortunately, it was already fully booked, but hopefully something comes up in the few weeks to come). I will gladly return.

I really don't have anything that I didn't like, but the fact that staff was open to suggestions gave me the impression that even if there was something that was negative, there's willingness to learn and improve - that adds to the feeling of comfort and safety, and it's appreciated.

Great location a few steps from the shopping mall where you can find just about everything you need. Safe. Pleasant staff. 24 hour front desk Excellent hot water.

The bed was pretty hard for my liking and for my wife. The soft pillows don’t provide any firmness on the other hand. So we didn’t sleep that well. Be aware that the heat is portable radiator heat- which turned out to be fine.

We went to explore Berlin and not to stay in a hotel room. The room is good enough for 3 people. Bed mattresses are soft and you get a good rest after a busy day. Daily room cleaning. European breakfast meets expectations. We did not hear the neighbours. Service personnel are very friendly and hospitality on a high level. Once I need to come back definetely will think to book this hotel again. Thank you very much.

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Close from 2 subway lines (U7 Boddinstr. and U8 Rathaus Neukoln) with various shops and restaurant around. Big and clean rooms, well equiped. Staff is kind and professionnal.

The second day of our stay, one towel was not changed in spite our request. Breakfast cost is too high (12 euros). We skipped it and shopped at the LIDL supermarket which is at the next corner/block.

- a very friendly receptionist let us check in earlier (to a different room than the one we booked, tho same standard) cause it was already cleaned - very appreciated since we were super tired after the trip - free morning coffee, even if you don’t pay for the breakfast option - 3 mins walking from a shopping mall and a metro station with great connections to the city center

This might has been a nice leafy suburb. The facade of the houses were recently painted. But now al the walls to 2 meters high are full of graphity. The majority of people are Middle East migrants.

It is simple but comfortable enough. They bring a bottle of sparkling water for welcoming the guests. Breakfast is good and for a affordable price ($12 euros). The staff are good and somewhat flexible.

Hasn’t have a refrigerator, which is very useful for keeping drinks cold, especially in summer.

I could hear some people coming into their rooms quite loudly on my last night so would recommend bringing earplugs as think the walls might be quite thin
