I think most of the comments for this facility are to harsh Its written in description that its near train station and as well they provide ear plugs for you. In the room was everything you needed for cooking pan, cutlery, plates etc. its near train station so it was really easy for us to travel to other places in the city. Yes its a bit worn off and walls could use some freshen up. But for the price you paying you can complain much. But overall it was oky and would come back. Its perfect for one or two people.

No comments what didint like because as I said - for this price cant complain much, everything was decent.

The room had everything for a comfortable stay: towels, a stove, lots of dishes, a coffee machine, a stove, and pots.The room was spacious for two people. The hotel is located right next to the metro station, and there is a shop within walking distance.Ideal option for introverts during the visit I didn't communicate with any stuff at all.

The room was quite dirty, there were black marks on the walls and webs in the corners.The area where the hotel is located is also dirty, there is a lot of garbage on the streets.It was not clear what the code was for the number, but then I figured it out. I would like it to be shown more clearly.

I was emailed the code to access the entrance and room which made checking in very quick. Fantastic location right by the station next to supermarkets and shops. I really enjoyed the view from the window and the shower was fantastic! Very chic and stylish layout with a fridge, microwave and hob if you wanted it and a little area next to the bed to chill out.

It wasn’t initially clear where the room code was in my email and I had to click through to find it. I was initially worried I hadn’t been sent it but it worked out OK so one to be aware of! They didn’t change the bed, towels or add coffee pods while we were there which wasn’t a huge issue as we only stayed for 3 nights but if it had been longer I would have wanted that.

It was very close to the uban/sban.we didn't have to wait for transportation. We could cook.All the necessary cooking utensils were in the apartment. Very close to supermarket.

There was no designated place to put garbage. Neither inside the building nor outside the building. Residents would put their garbage on the ground floor. There needs to be a designed place for garbage.

The location was fantastic. Right next to an S-Bahn and Ubahn station (Neukölln). The room was clean and. Its bathroom was great. It had a kitchenette. Highly recommended.

I think we only got the code to our room, so entering the building was confusing - a resident who was going out to walk her dog eventually let us in and shared with us the outer door code.

How straightforward it all was. Very simple and direct with good instructions and no overheads.

The location next to the train station is very good, easy to reach just a few meters walking. Unfortunately, the whole city block is very ugly (Neukölln) degredated and just plain sad. Nothing the host can do about it, but I would understand that at night some people might feel threatened.

Good apartment for family with nearby resturants and train station. Great access and you can go to any place and come back whenever you want due to excellent access from train station. Some shops close to this location open 24x7 even andon Sunday as well which is a great advantage.

No room slippers were given and dining table had 3 chairs while we need 4.

The location was good, next to the S-Bahn station, the place was clean and good for the price. The only problem was the heating. It was not working well, and it was a little cold. We asked about this, and if someone could fix the problem, they said that someone would come to check this out, but no one came.

The location is great. Right at the ring station. The room had all the amenities. Also, you can cook here: stove, microwave and all the dishes and stuff. Fully automated check-in and check-out. This was convenient.

It seemed a bit bigger on the photos but this wasn't a problem for us and we saw reviews reflecting this thing.

The place was very nice 🙂👍 exactly like the picture we enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come again....

The fact that we had kids and we were being told to keep it down even if it's just kids playing but it's not a big issue but I just wanted to point it out
