It was a great stay in these apartments because they are located right next to the metro—just a one-minute walk away. The windows face the street, but despite that, the room had excellent soundproofing. I was also given an apartment with a balcony, which was a very nice bonus. Regarding recent reviews I read about the fire alarm going off—during my five-night stay, the fire alarm was triggered only once. It really does happen when other guests either misuse or completely ignore the range hood while cooking. However, the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Overall, this is a great location for reaching the main attractions. It’s convenient to have a private kitchen for cooking, and the bathroom is spacious with a constant supply of hot water. The apartment also has heated floors, good heating, and excellent soundproofing. We will definitely stay here again

Second time I stayed here, probably will return again. The apartment is spacious, almost fully equipped, you can cook if you wish, the bathroom has everything you need. It’s warm and comfortable. Located right next to 2 U-Bahn lines, including one with bus service to the airport (around 45min to the airport). Also close to the city center. Wi-Fi is good. Staff is always friendly. The price was very good and even affordable to someone traveling alone.

Again, this is just my personal taste but for me a washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher, since you can always do the dishes on sink and would be good to have an alternative to manually washing clothes.

First of all it is our 4th stay so that says a lot. This is a hotel apartment and we love to stay at places like this where you’re able to enjoy from all the good restaurants nearby but also cook in your apartment. So many good supermarkets so you can try all the products too. The hotel is so central and you have everything nearby not at least the U bahn opposite the hotel. The manager Ayman is amazing. He is so friendly and helps with everything you need. He had a short sick leave but is now back with his super service and that is felt in a good way.

For personal reasons the location was excellent for me, but also for everyone looking for good central location. You have 2 U-Bahn lines across the street, one is the one that links to the bus from the airport (around 45min to and from the airport), the other gets you to Alexanderplatz fast. All around there are supermarkets and places to eat. The room was clean, functional, had everything you need when it comes to personal hygiene (towels, soap and even a dryer), and to cook. Hot water pressure good, and good shower. Even if Hermannplatz is a busy location, the sound isolation of the room makes a quiet resting place at night.

As a personal suggestion I think a washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher but that’s me who does the dishes manually.

Very convenient location: in front of a metro station from where you can get to any place in Berlin within minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All of them quite exotic of course (it's Kreuzberg!) Very clean and comfortable room with little kitchen and bathroom. Slightly bigger rooms than any hotel room. No breakfast included in the price, but you can easily cook that yourself as you have a kitchen in the room! Nearby shops will provide you with all the ingredients you need for a glorious breakfast.

The area (Hermannplatz) is quite a noisy place overnight. I'm a tight sleeper however, so it totally didn't bother me at all. If you're not familiar with the area, it might look a bit "dodgy" at night: lots of homeless people as well as people who are heavily under the influence of 'whatever' but they won't harm you at all. Just ignore them. According to the house rules, at the end of your stay you have to separate and bring your waste to a waste room downstairs. This is not a huge effort, but for a room price which is equal to a hotel room I would rather expect cleaning staff to take care of that after checkout.

You have everything you need at the property (water, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, blow dryer, smart tv…). The location is perfect, just near the Hermannplatz metro station. And it’s very warm too.

The curtains at the bathroom could be changed, they are moldy because of water… Also when I arrived (a little earlier before check in), nobody was answering the phone and nobody was at the reception so I couldn’t get in the building, had to wait 30 min outside.

Very nice property, with lots of rooms and a good position. The personnel was super friendly and helpful, and they even let us in before the check in time. We were gifted a complimentary upgrade to our room and ended up in a great apartment with a balcony and washing machine.

Cleanliness was not the best, many surfaces were dusty (and especially the curtains). The furniture was functional but slightly ruined in some parts.

Great location for getting around, and close to the lovely Hasenheide park. Flat itself was clean and had pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Shower lovely and powerful, beds/sofabeds comfortable. Arrival and departure was easy and stress free.

Hermannplatz itself is a bit so-so, but nothing that spoils your holiday. Noise is a bit intrusive even with windows closed, you're on a main road and you get a few sirens. Bedsheets too small (just cover the top of the mattress) so you end up sleeping on the mattress for half the night. Shower didn't seal at the bottom so bathroom gets wet. Not much crockery.

Spacious rom. At rear of building and therefore quiet. Balcony to sit on and relax. Minor faults (TV not working, light bulb gone) quickly dealt with. Location very close to U-bahn station (Hermannplatz) on line U7 that leads to Rudow and bus to BER airport.

Control for electric bedroom window blind not in bedroom at all but by appartment door. Thus spent first night without darkened window. Only found the switch with help of staff the next day.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, beautifully warm (heated floors!), fantastic location (across from Karstadt, close to many shops, U-Bahn and bus stops right there but no noise from street!; quick access to Tempelhofer Feld for cycling); secure courtyard for locking up bike. Excellent hot shower and heated rack for towels in bathroom.

A minor point: the main room was a little dark for reading and writing.
