The staff is lovely, very professional and helpful, in particular the bartenders and the staff that serves the breakfast. The bar area looks absolutely lovely, very cozy in the night, the bartenders are magicians (thanks Julian and his colleagues) doing wonder-coktails that I absolutely loved. The room is very cozy and modern, the bathroom and shower area is big, and shower really nice :) Also I did love the live music, the jazz in the evenings, goes well with the cocktails :)

Almost everything, really. Without getting into too many details, it's just a very good hotel. Period. It's not cheap, but you get you're money's worth, as simple as that. We got the 50m room, it was just wonderful, but so was everything else.

Only thing I can think of - the floor. We got the room at the first floor. Due to the double (tripple?) glass windows you don't hear the street at all, but everyone on the street can look inside your room. We had to keep the drapes closed 95% of the time coz my wife didn't feel comfortable, thus missing the point of having these huge windows.

We stayed at the Orania Berlin for 10 days this month. We came from Vanvouver to visit our son . This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Orania and it never disappoints. All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were professional and fun and attentive. The lounge and restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed . Our room had big windows with a view over the park . Great bedding and large modern bathroom with great shower. The location is fun and dynamic and close to the metro. A perfect boutique experience in a lively neighborhood. Can’t wait to return next year.

It's difficult to know where to start, as everything we experienced at the Orania was stellar, starting with the warm welcome on arrival. I was offered a drink at the bar while my luggage was transferred to my room. No rush to fill in the registration form, chill and relaxed. The hotel is beautiful in every aspect, the decoration is welcoming and friendly. You feel at home here. Every little detail was taken care of. You have the option to skip room cleaning by scanning a QR code the night before, and you'll be offered a drink at the bar the following day. The room key is in a kind of wood that looks like an elegantly designed business card. Nothing is over the top, but everything is done to make you feel at ease, relaxed and happy. The staff is chill and very helpful. Always there when you need them, smiling. Everything in the room works to perfection. The lights (variable intensity), power outlets near the head of the bed, beautiful fully functional bathroom. Good umbrellas are provided if you need them, Nespresso machine, still and sparkling water, you name it. The hotel is conveniently located in Kreuzberg, close to bus and underground stations, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. We had a room on the third floor with a large window looking over Oranienplatz. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows (which is not always the case). The bar and restaurant are excellent, as is the breakfast. I seldom recommend the breakfast, but the Orania offers a singular experience. The buffet is composed of fresh dairies, bread, homemade jams, and yogurt, fruit, cereals, nuts and you name it. A menu of cooked food is also available that will cover your morning needs. Make sure to reserve at the restaurant, as it is very popular, and for a good reason. It's excellent. Every evening, there's live music in the bar area. The bar food menu is excellent too. Great Wi-Fi and 5G cellular coverage. I can't wait to go back.

We loved this hotel! It was in a good location in a busy/fun neighborhood but inside the hotel was so quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all incredible and so accommodating/helpful with suggestions. The restaurant on site was delicious and the lobby/bar has great vibes with live music (piano in lobby and brought in musicians) and amazing drinks. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable and great view of the park. Surprisingly, our room was so quiet even though it was on a busy street. It was a pleasure to start and end our days there after being out exploring Berlin. The rooms had such thoughtful touches as well. Would stay there again and again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully presented overall and very stylish. We dined in the restaurant and the food was superb. It is probably one of the finest hotels we have stayed in. The location is great. Kreuzberg is a very cool neighbourhood, with some excellent bars, and the hotel is ideally placed to access them all, plus it's close to the u-bahn. Just a superb experience all round..

Everything was great, there were no negatives.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was fantastic, especially on the evenings when they had live music. All the staff were very friendly and eager to please. We added an optional extra of a bouquet of flowers (it was our anniversary) and it was stunning. They also wrote us a letter congratulating us on our anniversary and left us a small gift.

The hotel's own website could be better. For example, we did not find what facilities were available clearly defined (e.g. gym).

All staff were super welcoming and helpful. Reception helped us with recommendations on where to have dinner. We were invited to sit in the bar area and have a refreshment while they checked us in. The staff at breakfast were friendly and couldn't do enough, which was a great way to start the day. Plus, breakfast was delicious. I also loved the large shower, with plenty hot water and pressure.

The pillows. I like a firm pillow and would have liked to have a Pillow Menu to choose from. The standards of the hotel were very high, so I would have expected to see this too.

Excellent hotel in general. Loved the brunch service (until 14h!). Loved the details in the room. Loved the view of Oranienplatz. Staff were great as well. We were very happy with our stay

These are nitpicks: We accumulated several glasses in our room from the bar - would've been nice if they were taken out when the room was serviced, or if anyone else could have come up to get them, but we ended up having to take them back down to the bar ourselves. Also, we ran out of coffee pods on the first day. We got more, but had to ration them.

Excellent standard of hotel, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast options are a little expensive, especially if all you want is pastries and maybe cereal. Our main issue was the size of the room, it was tiny, no wardrobe at all, have to hang all clothes on wall hooks and back of the door. Moving around the bed was tricky and two people couldn't be up and about at the same time. Shame really as we liked everything else about it. Room 409 and 410
