The rooms are modern and the daily cleaning is done so thorough. Hats off to the cleaning team. Bed is comfortable and shower is perfect!

The location felt bit off in terms of navigating through public transport. But I mostly walked so it felt easy. Everything is at a 20-25 mins walking distance from this hotel and nearest train station is 10mins. The hotel is minimal - no coffee station in room, no extra water, no iron to press clothes, no water heater for hot tea. I requested water heater for tea and they provided immediately. Breakfast was bad - the least they can do is peel the eggs and fruits or help. I took an egg but had a hard time peeling the boiled egg so went to waste. Fruits were cut but with the skin on it. Overall breakfast was average not worth the money. There’s a grocery store near by for water bottles, fruits and small bakery stuff if you want to something to start your morning.

Nice breakfast with all you need! The location is nice and calm, some traffic but normal. The hotel had really friendly staff and overall very clean. I loved the balcony, was a nice way to unwind after a long day.

Too bad the coffee was not free for hotel guests, felt a bit strange that using the coffe machine was free during breakfast but after that an espresso cost about 3,5EUR. I also had an unpleasent experience that cleaning staff went into my room while I was resting. Which surprised both of us. The room had already been cleaned so I didn't thought of putting a sign on the door. I didn't expect anyone to invade my privace. I will probably now after that experiene always put a sign.

A very nice and clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Timo, but all very professional and spoke excellent English. If I required any information on best places to go,,where to eat, a good bar...the advice was there. A nice smoking area to the rear, and tables and chairs out front. Excellent breakfast also. And I believe there's a rooftop terrace, but never checked it out. Ordering a taxi took quite literally 2 minutes wait via a 'button at reception - Magic! Yep....a great stay, would recommend it, and will stay again.

Great room. Very stylish and modern interior. Plus own big balcony with chair and small table in there. Very good price for this level room. The place is also nice if you like to be in peace. If you want to celebrate then you have to stay somewhere else because this is very silent place. Bike hiring is a good service and it is also quite cheap. Only problem is that 1) no lights in bike and 2) no rack in bikes for your phone because Berlin is VERY BIG and there are a lot of traffic and you necessarily need that rack in your bike. Everything is in German language. Also the communication from the hotel to you is in German language. It is also a bigger problem in Berlin. Little difficult sometimes to get along if you don't understand.

Basic level. Because I suffer a celiacic deseas and I am also lactose intolerant so these were not available in other parts than bread. No gluten free porridge, no lactose free "milk", no gluten free/lactose free cookies, anything than bread. It is a very big question and it needs a very qualified knowlidge that everything is ok with this question. In Germany you are taking the baby steps in understanding this issue. In Mitte there is just very few restaurants where I can eat safely. There were also small flyis flying around the food.

The room itself is basic, double bed with 2 individual duvets (strange) but comfortable, bathroom was nice and large, the shower I think needs a washer as it sprays out the connection pipe slightly but nothing major. Overall the hotel room was cleaned everyday, beds made, and I can't fault it really for the price... nice hotel!

Location is perfect, clean and well maintained room. Value for money is really great. Staff is really friendly and helpful🙏 We got overcharged 50€ on a room by mistake, which was resolved pretty fast with the receptionist -> this is not a bad thing cause they solved it instantly but better check your receipts. 😅

Parking is really cramped and pretty hard to maneuver in so watch out for that if you have a larger/longer car. Thermostat is hidden in the bathroom above the toilet and was set to 28° so it felt like sauna the first night. We tried to turn on the AC and set it to 15° to cool the room down but only hot air was coming out, I do not know why. I had to check online manual on how to turn the thermostat off so it would be helpful to include instructions on how to use the AC and heating.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was large clean and had an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for three friends to stay. Apartment cleaned daily with fresh towels The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful providing guidance on our day trips out. The hotel is situated near to the tube so the whole city is easy to access. The area were the hotel is felt very safe. We did also walk into the city sometimes which took about 15mins There are a couple of restaurants near to hotel. There is a cafe around the corner which is lovely for a bite to eat and a coffee. We all loved everything about our stay at this perfect place. Excellent value for money.

It was my second time staying at Grimm's Berlin Mitte. The localisation is great, just a short walk to two underground lines, 10-15 minute walk to the touristy places. There's a supermarket nearby, plenty of restaurants as well. It's located in a quiet area, well maintained area of Berlin. Room sizes are adequate, the hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is always super helpful.

The choices for breakfast are bit scarcer than in some hotels but everything one would need is there. Freshly baked goods, good quality meats, and some pastries are really tasty.

We spent the last weekend at Grimm’s Hotel Berlin Mitte, and everything went smoothly. The hotel has a great atmosphere, with nice, comfortable rooms that made our stay very pleasant. The location is central and super convenient, with easy access to the U2 metro line, making it effortless to explore the city. The staff was kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend for a stay in Berlin!

If I had to be picky, there was no phone to contact reception, and the power outlet was only on one side of the bed

We were 2 colleagues and have rented one bedroom apartment and one double bed room. Both were excellent as facilities, comfort and cleanliness. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And I love the design and small references to Grimm's fairytales. Excellent breakfast with all that one may need: from American style pancakes and French croissants to English breakfast or healthy muesli with yoghurt. Nice environment with many pleasant restaurants and just 15 min walk from many sightseeing spots in Berlin
