Location is perfect, clean and well maintained room. Value for money is really great. Staff is really friendly and helpful🙏 We got overcharged 50€ on a room by mistake, which was resolved pretty fast with the receptionist -> this is not a bad thing cause they solved it instantly but better check your receipts. 😅

Parking is really cramped and pretty hard to maneuver in so watch out for that if you have a larger/longer car. Thermostat is hidden in the bathroom above the toilet and was set to 28° so it felt like sauna the first night. We tried to turn on the AC and set it to 15° to cool the room down but only hot air was coming out, I do not know why. I had to check online manual on how to turn the thermostat off so it would be helpful to include instructions on how to use the AC and heating.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was large clean and had an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for three friends to stay. Apartment cleaned daily with fresh towels The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful providing guidance on our day trips out. The hotel is situated near to the tube so the whole city is easy to access. The area were the hotel is felt very safe. We did also walk into the city sometimes which took about 15mins There are a couple of restaurants near to hotel. There is a cafe around the corner which is lovely for a bite to eat and a coffee. We all loved everything about our stay at this perfect place. Excellent value for money.

We spent the last weekend at Grimm’s Hotel Berlin Mitte, and everything went smoothly. The hotel has a great atmosphere, with nice, comfortable rooms that made our stay very pleasant. The location is central and super convenient, with easy access to the U2 metro line, making it effortless to explore the city. The staff was kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend for a stay in Berlin!

If I had to be picky, there was no phone to contact reception, and the power outlet was only on one side of the bed

Very nice hotel situated in walking distance from the city center and important sights. The street is quiet and green, the area is mostly residential. It was easy to find a free parking in the nearby streets direction Kreuzberg. Parking onsite is a bit too expensive. Decent breakfast. Nicely decorated rooms. Will come back for sure

It was a very warm spring time, and the ventilation was not able to cool our room(( hope that for summers there is a more powerful air conditioning. Also I didn't like the pillows - syntetic and lumpy.

No mini fridge Room was hot Staff was a bit blasé - I informed my room was really hot and I was trying to turn the AC on but he informed they only worked with heaters that time of the year (April) according to the temperature outside. I asked for a portable fan and he said he did not have and "hopefully temperature will go down tonight". Anyways...

Location quite central and convenient to underground transport. Three of us had very comfortable apartment for 2 nights followed by the two of us in a room for 3 nights, all in Grimm's Hotel. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Beers at reception were reasonably priced. No restaurant but there was a very nice Italian one a few doors away.

We had the breakfast on two mornings. It could have been better as the food was not always kept sufficiently hot and replenished. There could have been greater choice but overall it was tasty enough and not bad value at €14 per person.

It was an excellent travel experience. The location of the hotel is quite central, I went to most places by walking. When I came to check in, they told me that my room had been upgraded. My upgraded room was an incredibly large 2-room, 2-bathroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and balcony. I never imagined there would be such an apartment. Even though it was such a big area, it was very clean. I wish I had arranged my vacation for longer. Thanks for everything.

We had an apartment with a bunch of friends in this hotel, which we used as our base to explore some music venues in Berlin. The location is excellent for this (a bit further to the sights, but close to the metro for those who want to do that), and the apartment is very spacious and well-kept. The hotel is right next to the lively Kreuzberg area with lots of bars and restaurants. Being people of the night, we didn't make breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Lobby and breakfast area are quite small.

Very good location, in a good neighborhood, close to the subway. A nice amenity is the ability to make yourself coffee or tea even at night in the main hall. I rate the hotel very good but unfortunately there were drawbacks.

For such a high price, a big minus is certainly the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the lack of bottled water, which should already be the standard of good hotels. Behind the wall next to my bed was a service room and from the morning I heard a crackling sound, so 3 nights they woke me up very early:(

Cute, clean, comfy room. Loved that each room represented a story, we were in Frau Holle. Good, big shower, very nice shampoo, daily cleaning, air conditioning that made it possible to sleep on hot nights. Staff friendly and kind. They had umbrellas guests could borrow, which was great as our first day in Berlin was full of rain. The hotel is 20-30 min walk to lots of attractions and 5 min walk to the metro / underground. 2 min walk to the Sandwich Cafe, a great breakfast place (but you'll need cash)

Traffic noise in the early morning Breakfast buffet was ok but not great (just 2 choices for bread and not very fresh). We only tried it once but loved the Sandwich Cafe across the road. It would be great to have a minibar for cold drinks in the room. Only German channels on TV
