The room size, high ceilings, air-conditioning and large windows were a plus. Allowed to luggage drop-off before check-in was useful. Central location, very close to U2 subway/metro line.

I asked for a receipt/invoice but was not provided, is there a reason why this cannot be done? No response from the hotel. I even asked if could e-mail if unable to print - no e-mail came. It says free ice-cream during the summer (with written board at the front) but when asked about it, nobody knew...

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the Museum Island, which was the highlight of our trip to Berlin. If you’re planning to explore the museums, this is the perfect base. The hotel staffs were all super nice, receptionists were friendly and professional. Our room was comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a day out. There are supermarkets nearby, and an underground station right next to the hotel, so getting around was really convenient. Definitely recommend!

The only downside was the curtains — they’re quite thin and don’t block out much sunlight, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

Location

Original room had two single beds pushed together. Reception tried to say this was a 'German double bed'!. After 2 attempts we got a room move that had a real double bed. However, room turned out to be a downgrade - smaller room, inferior bathroom. By this time we sick of moving room/floor so put up with it. Could have been handled better by reception i.e. explained that a room change would equal smaller room thus give us a choice. That said, very clean hotel, great location. But would think twice about staying again given room fiasco.

This is a lovely hotel in Berlin Mitte, a nice neighborhood with embassies and parks around. The room was spacious and clean, there was a hot water kettle and a coffee machine, an absolute must for me. There was a refrigerator where we could put our fruit and wine glasses. The windows were large and let lots of daylight in. The bathroom had a bathtub and the toilet was in the same space, I would have preferred it to be in a separate room, but there was a small wall that separated it from the rest of the bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, when we asked for an extra coffee capsule for our room, they gave us some with a smile. The location was superb, very clean and quiet, conveniently located near the subway stop. We really loved it there.

Black out curtains were not completely dark. Also, the toilet arrangements were not ideal for a pair of friends or enthusiastic new lovers, as the sliding door didn't close fully and so voiding my bowel after a few days of Berlin kebabs and pretzels provided no element of amusement in tone or aroma to my room mate. Thankfully, he wore headphones and played Scorpions classic song 'Wind of change', which both lightened the mood and was conducive to proper dealing of bowel matters. A small point...

Spacious rooms which were cleaned daily, quiet hotel with not too much noise around. Right on the U2 metro line so very convenient for travel in the city.

Location wasn’t the best if you prefer walking, as mentioned it is very close to the U2 metro line (100m or so) but not much around, 1 or 2 small cafes, no restaurants ( and hotel food seemed expensive- we didn’t eat here) and a small convenient shop. It’s about 15/20 minute walk into the main areas and it is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood which seemed more residential or office based. Easy to get metro places but maybe keep this in mind for additional daily costs. Doors were heavy and didn’t latch well, we didn’t close our main front door properly twice and came back to the door open and bathroom door would pop back open if you didn’t slam it or lock it, not sure if this was just an issue with our room.

The room was definitely something that amazed us the most! And it was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! :) The bathroom was amazing too and the highlight was definitely the bathtub, we asked for it in advance and we were so happy that the hotel made it happen! If we could choose the room when we come again, we would be happy with the same one! :) The room temperature was perfect too! The location of the hotel is exceptional, almost everything is in a walking distance or a very few bus stops and the street is so peaceful!

The staff are friendly, the room was clean with lovely high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. I had a very well-made drink at the bar too. I was staying two nights for a conference, so it was absolutely fine for that.

The décor in the front bar is atrocious. The silver faux leather sofas, and red bar stools, are in urgent need of throwing out. The whole hotel is very mid 2000s in style, but it gets better when you go beyond the bar towards the courtyard and glass lift. I do hate a glass sliding door on a bathroom. It was fine for me staying there alone, but I would not want to share a room like this with my partner. It's a great building and the staff were nice though, so I wouldn't be put off coming again.

What a quirky and unique place to stay, the Wall Street theme came across quite tastefully. The room was spacious, and the king bed was very much appreciated. The bath was a full sized bath, and the space around the facilities was excellent. The location was secure and quiet, and there's 2 nearby restaurants located at the back of the hotel (Use the cut through in the hotel). My only criticism was that there was only 1 TV channel in English, CNN news. The TV couldn't be changed in the menu for English subtitles.

Great location as you can walk to all the major tourists attractions in the city from this hotel. Its next to the river too with good cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfy and the room a good size. The gym was good too. When we had issues with the air con in our room the staff were very quick to move us to another room and also super helpful when we were leaving and forgot an item in the room. They searched immediately and found it for us!

The only gripe is the bathroom doors are perhaps stylish but make the bathroom not very private. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in Berlin.
