Everything was amazing, especially the smell and design of the room. Bed was extremely comfortable. All the toiletries were provided. You could feel how clean is this place. For this amount of money it was a 10/10 experience.

The room is spacious, and the location is easily accessible by both the Skytrain and the subway. It’s also within walking distance (about 20 minutes) to a nice restaurant area. Check-in and check-out are convenient and straightforward through a link, and you can easily reach an agent via WhatsApp or phone. There’s also a laundry room available.

The pillows here are a bit difficult to deal with. There are two types — one hard and one soft — but both are about half the height of a standard pillow. You’ll probably need to stack them to get comfortable. I asked if they had other options, but they don’t. Also, there are no napkins provided in the room — only toilet paper — which feels odd, especially since there’s a kitchen. Unfortunately, you can’t request napkins either.

The room was clean and had everything required. The access to the room via the website worked well.

The wifi was not password protected. This meant I was not able to use the wifi during my stay, which was a massive inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at BobW Mitte! The location is ideal—just a short walk from both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Whether you're heading to the main attractions or exploring the neighbourhood, the transport links make it effortless. The area around BobW Mitte is also fantastic. It's quiet and beautiful, providing a peaceful escape after a day of sightseeing. The neighbourhood has a lovely vibe with charming shops and a bakery nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying a relaxing morning. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy and functional space to relax. Overall, the combination of a prime location, quiet surroundings, and local conveniences made for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Berlin!

It was super comfortable, incredibly clean, and very convenient. It is amazing to be able to do everything without any need for human communication. The room was fresh with lavender scent from the first moment till the last. The beds were like only you could dream about, with the pillows and the blankets... The room temperature was well arranged, and you could always adjust. Air isolation was great. It's close to metro and bus, or 20 mins walk to the Alexanderplatz. On top experience with the complete facilities, luggage room, washing room, full kitchen, bathroom goods, smart TV, yoga mats, special board with gifts (especially unlimited films of Polaroid camera!)

In the hall, you can hear sounds from rooms easily. Maybe a little more isolation could be better. The late checkout option was only available until late at night. Later, it wasn't possible, we could only stay 2 hours longer.

The comfort level and setup of this apartment was exceptional. Bob W. is code entry but they do have staff on site during morning hours very often who are there to help and answer questions. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and I had every question answered. The room was spotless, the kitchen spotless, the bed super comfortable, gorgeous lighting from the sun and windows that open. The room was a perfect size with a table and chairs and full kitchen. I was super impressed with how clean everything was. They even had notes written on paper to welcome me when I arrived in my room. The WhatsApp communication goes above and beyond if you need anything. The location is ideal and close to two metro points for easy access. I travel often and this was for me super exceptional on every level.

I liked everything. The team at Bob W. is by far the best I have seen in all my years of travel. I was left speechless.

We chose Bob W Mitte because of its close proximity to the clubs we were interested in visiting. It was absolutely a total hit! This made a huge difference in managing our time, especially in a city as large as Berlin. The property is extremely convenient, allowing us to come and go as we pleased without any need to physically interact with staff. Instead, the Bob W WhatsApp service was incredibly convenient and responsive. For example, when I requested hangers late at night, I received an immediate response that they would be delivered in the morning—and they were. The room is relatively small, but this wasn't an issue for us. It was super clean, and there were convenient food and bar options just steps away. We would definitely choose to stay here again. 🫶🏼

We visited Berlin in August, and it was boiling hot. Unfortunately, there was no fan or AC in the room, which made it quite uncomfortable some nights

Our stay was truly wonderful. The on-line chat via WhatsApp was very efficient, and everyone was amazingly responsive whanever we had a question. The Hotel application was smart and very easy to use (although we were wondering what would happen if, let's say, we lost our backpack with cell phones; a Plan B on how to enter the Hotel and your room, or contact the hotel stuff in urgent cases is probably super necessary). The area was great, some minutes walking distances from 2 metro stations. The room spacious, with all necessary amenities. The apartment's lovely tableware made us feel like home (or a cool restaurant), and some gifts from the Hotel made us feel warm and welcome, while delicious bio tea, apart from coffee, was a fancy gesture. What pleasantly surprised us was the provision of a film camera to use during our stay (upon return of course) . We thought this was an urban experience offering :) Extremely useful Luggage Storage upon arrival and departure.

If I were to suggest a change at how the hotel runs, is add the room cleaning process during one's stay - we stayed there for 6 days and noone cleaned the room (we never asked for cleaning, but I think it would better be done without a requested). Moreover, we needed some toilet paper at some point, and we were kindly guided on were in the Hotel to find some, but it would be more convenient if these daily needs were taken care of in advance, or if guests were given a "manual" upon arrivals of these things work. Lastly, we needed a sponge to wash our used plates, and we could not find one in the room.

Room was well set out and comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of shower gel etc. It was quiet and so easy to get to sleep. Loved the location, it is a residential area but then a short walk to well priced restaurants and cafes. No breakfast but there is cafe just round the corner that opens at 7am every morning. You can enjoy a short walk from the accommodation and see plenty of things of interest, Berlin has plenty to look at.

The only thing that I would change is the window in the door to the room, it is opaque so you did not get a sense of having total privacy. It would be interesting to know why they set it up this way.

It is a well-equiped apartment with all necessary room and kitchen facilities. Good lighting, ample electricity sockets and even a multi-purpose phone/tablet charging set. Comfortable beds with proper linnen. Easy online check-in process. No keys required, only a smartphone. Direct contact via Whatsapp. Nearby bus and Subway connections.

Wifi was available in the apartment, but not at very high speed. Therefore, Chromecast streaming to the (large-screen) TV set was possible, but not with high resolution.
