The apartment is simply stunning!!! Clean, everything is new!!! Last floor of the building, the view is breathtaking, all around the apartment there are large windows, lots of light will come in, it is fully equipped, it has everything. A huge balcony with plenty of seating and a barbecue. A few minutes' walk to public transportation, huge shopping centers and cultural centers (Museum Island) The staff is very nice, the staff helps and answers all questions quickly

Amazing property we stayed in the Curt Penthouse. Family of 4 travelling with two children. Fabulous skyline view of the Berlin Radio Tower. Roof top terrace a plus as the weather was warm and sunny. The accommodation was even better than the photographs. Very relaxing. Near to Alexandra Palace for shopping, food and few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Perfect location for everything you need. Really good communication and a much appreciated and hospitable early check in. Thank you. Baggage room for luggage. Make sure you take a walk to Holzmarkt for a drink by the river. The area felt safe, no issues at night walking back to the apartment. We stumbled upon a restaurant in front of the apartment in an old building. Food looked amazing, we stayed for a glass of wine as they were fully booked! We all agreed the best place we’ve stayed in by far!

the design is spectacular! lots of sunlight in the morning. the huge pillows on the downstairs bed were perfect. The bathroom was spacious.

the mattress upstairs is very firm, could be a good thing for someone! :)

Very nice place, with a great location, only 5 minutes by foot from Alexander Platz, and easily to reach by subway! The apartment was clean and cozy! The self check-in was useful and very user-friendly! It was very useful also the possibility to leave the luggage in a safe place during the last day of permanence in Berlin after the ckeck-out!

The apartment was nice but the loft where the there is the other bed has a low ceiling making it difficult to move. We also found the apartment a little bit too hot with the impossibility to lower the temperature because the air conditioner did not turn on.

Everything was overall good! The apartment was large and spacious, with everything needed for 3–4 people to live comfortably. The location is perfect – a quiet area near Berlin Mitte and close to shopping centers. One thing I definitely want to highlight is the communication with the manager, Alexandr ( Sasha) – it was quick, and everything was resolved without delay! A bit tricky was the digital door opening system – sometimes it glitches and requires remote assistance. This was also mentioned in some previous reviews. However, the system is very modern and up-to-date. Hopefully, in the future, it will be fine-tuned so there won’t be any issues with the door access. Also, it’s worth thinking ahead – in case your phone runs out of battery, make sure to load the app’s “home screen” in advance so the door system will still work! There were some construction works in adjacent rooms, but I won’t even count that as a downside – the noise didn’t really bother us.

Awesome room. Super comfortable bed and the loft was great since we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Big windows that you could open, and fans for air circulation ( weather was hot), bathroom was great (and beautiful) and the little kitchen nook was perfect.

I was a little surprised about the entrance. It was maybe my fault for not knowing about the details of our arrival. No lobby or person to let you in. You have to have the code to get in and use your phone to unlock your room. Once you do it once, it's no problem at all. We had help from the janitor (?) who happened to be there. Online response from management is super quick too for whenever you need help or have questions. It's just a very modern concept and I wasn't quite prepared when first arriving Location is quiet and in walking distance to Alexander Platz, Spree and other lovely places but the street itself is a little eerie at night. So overall no real complaints 😊

The location was absolutely perfect, a close walk to Alexanderplatz and museum island. There is a U-beam station just a street away which connects you to most of Berlin. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. I loved the digital check in as it made it so easy. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were really light and airy. Any communication I had was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Not really a negative but maybe worth noting, the kitchen area is small. It was prefect for us who just wanted to have drinks and breakfast. It’s well equipped but I wouldn’t necessarily plan on cooking in it as it’s a small area. Wouldn’t put me off staying and it was perfect for our needs but if you do want to cook then maybe worth taking note of.

Good location not far from two metro stations and S-bahn. Most city center locations are accessible by walking. Close to the Alex shopping mall where is Edeka grocery shop (not on Google maps). Penthouse flat was fully equipped with kitchenware, stove, toaster, coffee machine (capsules), dishwasher, washing machine, Bluetooth speakers, TV, Wi-Fi with good internet connection. Terrace was equipped with table for having a meal, lounge seating and with electrical grill.

Pillows were too big. Wi-Fi connection on terrace was not stable. In bedroom near the bed, out of two electrical sockets were working only one, but there was splitter available to compensate this. In bed rooms one of light switches was controlling both bedroom lights, which was confusing and not convenient if people are sleeping in another room.

Excellent position, only 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz on foot and 5 minutes away from two different U-bahn stops. The flat was small but cosy: comfortable bed, large bathroom, super shower, lots of natural light from the beautiful big windows 🤩 Staff was easily available via whatsapp and very polite and helpful. We arrived in Berlin by car and a car park is only 400m away from the flat.

The only things that I didn’t like (if I really have to mention something) were that the bathroom had no window, that you had to be really careful to go up the (creaky and steep) ladder to get to the loft bed and also that there was little space to store your clothes (we were a family of four). But nothing that could stop me from saying that we had an excellent and comfortable stay at The Charming by Curt.

The location is excellent (walking distance to Alexanderplatz and Alexa Mall). The room itself was spacious and very well appointed. The space upstairs in the room was really liked by the kids. The kitchen was appropriate and had the utensils we needed to make breakfast. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The check-in process was smooth. Communication with the host was very prompt via WhatsApp. The space to leave your luggage before check in and after check out was appropriate. The room had massive windows which was great as well.

It would be good to have kitchen paper.
