The apartment is simply stunning!!! Clean, everything is new!!! Last floor of the building, the view is breathtaking, all around the apartment there are large windows, lots of light will come in, it is fully equipped, it has everything. A huge balcony with plenty of seating and a barbecue. A few minutes' walk to public transportation, huge shopping centers and cultural centers (Museum Island) The staff is very nice, the staff helps and answers all questions quickly

Amazing property we stayed in the Curt Penthouse. Family of 4 travelling with two children. Fabulous skyline view of the Berlin Radio Tower. Roof top terrace a plus as the weather was warm and sunny. The accommodation was even better than the photographs. Very relaxing. Near to Alexandra Palace for shopping, food and few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Perfect location for everything you need. Really good communication and a much appreciated and hospitable early check in. Thank you. Baggage room for luggage. Make sure you take a walk to Holzmarkt for a drink by the river. The area felt safe, no issues at night walking back to the apartment. We stumbled upon a restaurant in front of the apartment in an old building. Food looked amazing, we stayed for a glass of wine as they were fully booked! We all agreed the best place we’ve stayed in by far!

the design is spectacular! lots of sunlight in the morning. the huge pillows on the downstairs bed were perfect. The bathroom was spacious.

This is a really spacious apartment in a brilliant location. Very easy to just pop out and explore. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped and the views are brilliant from it. Communication was good and I would stay there again if the price was right.

There was no hot water on the first day but it was quickly fixed. We left some rubbish outside the apartment door for collection but nobody came to pick it up. I wasn’t keen on the furniture especially the white couch -it won’t age well. A bigger corner sofa or similar would suit a large apartment like this. Finally the windows are all tilt and turn and open fully - which is a bit worrying with young children in the house. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for families with young children or children with poor safety awareness.

Great location, very central and walkable to many of Berlin's main tourist spots. Multiple train stations within walking distance. Availability of storage room to drop-off bags earlier in the day was much appreciated. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Excellent value for the price.

No deal breakers, but minor issues. Cleanliness standards are good but can be improved. We discovered glass shards just under the edge of the carpet while looking for something we dropped. The shower area was too minimalist, nowhere to put shampoo etc except on the floor. "Kitchen" area was rather basic, okay for short stays and very basic cooking only. We found the web-based virtual keys system a bit buggy and inconvenient (we kept getting logged out).

Very nice place, with a great location, only 5 minutes by foot from Alexander Platz, and easily to reach by subway! The apartment was clean and cozy! The self check-in was useful and very user-friendly! It was very useful also the possibility to leave the luggage in a safe place during the last day of permanence in Berlin after the ckeck-out!

The apartment was nice but the loft where the there is the other bed has a low ceiling making it difficult to move. We also found the apartment a little bit too hot with the impossibility to lower the temperature because the air conditioner did not turn on.

What I liked about the property was its overall atmosphere and how well it was maintained. The space felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciated the natural light, the layout of the rooms, and the attention to detail in the finishes. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into keeping the property in great condition. The location is also ideal – quiet, yet conveniently close to everything. It really gave me a strong sense of home.

To be honest, there wasn’t anything I particularly disliked about the property. It was overall a very positive impression.

The hotel is very clean. Has all equipments. Everything is modern and of high quality. The automated checkin is absolutely top! My kids loved everything about the hotel! The only thing we missed is a microwave. But if you're travelling alone and staying longer, it could feel abit lonely, coz the corridors are very narrow for anyone to sit around, and there is no personell. Also, I hope the ongoing renovations will be done soon so that outsiede appearance gets improved. For the room itself, PERFECT!!!

Everything was overall good! The apartment was large and spacious, with everything needed for 3–4 people to live comfortably. The location is perfect – a quiet area near Berlin Mitte and close to shopping centers. One thing I definitely want to highlight is the communication with the manager, Alexandr ( Sasha) – it was quick, and everything was resolved without delay! A bit tricky was the digital door opening system – sometimes it glitches and requires remote assistance. This was also mentioned in some previous reviews. However, the system is very modern and up-to-date. Hopefully, in the future, it will be fine-tuned so there won’t be any issues with the door access. Also, it’s worth thinking ahead – in case your phone runs out of battery, make sure to load the app’s “home screen” in advance so the door system will still work! There were some construction works in adjacent rooms, but I won’t even count that as a downside – the noise didn’t really bother us.

Awesome room. Super comfortable bed and the loft was great since we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Big windows that you could open, and fans for air circulation ( weather was hot), bathroom was great (and beautiful) and the little kitchen nook was perfect.

I was a little surprised about the entrance. It was maybe my fault for not knowing about the details of our arrival. No lobby or person to let you in. You have to have the code to get in and use your phone to unlock your room. Once you do it once, it's no problem at all. We had help from the janitor (?) who happened to be there. Online response from management is super quick too for whenever you need help or have questions. It's just a very modern concept and I wasn't quite prepared when first arriving Location is quiet and in walking distance to Alexander Platz, Spree and other lovely places but the street itself is a little eerie at night. So overall no real complaints 😊
