Great location! Walking distance from sightseeing or public transport if that's your thing. Couple of good bigger shops also close (Bio Company, Lidl). Room was good. Pretty big and had all the essentials you'll need for a cozy stay. Just like in the pictures.

Check in process was a bit of hazzle. You need to ring the reception from the main doors and wait that they notice you and then they'll let you in and show you around. Tv was a smart tv and has wifi but none of the apps (youtube etc.) work because the wifi needs a seperate browser login that didn't open in the tv app. You can of course share the wifi from your phone but it would've been nice if that wasn't necessary.

Very comfortable and wide space. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable. You will sleep like a baby. You can open external door and you have amazing yard with the swings, sand for children's playing, source of fresh air and songs of birds. All in all, I would choose this accommodation again when I come to Berlin. Across the street you have a wanderfull magical quite park.

It didn't bother me, but since the apartment is on the same level as the garden in the atrium of the building - you can see ants in the bathroom and kitchen. There are not many of them, but who is allergic should keep this in mind.

Liked modern minimalistic design of the apartments - open spaces and separate bathroom from the toilet. Moreover great location to explore the city - two different stations of u-bahn in 5minute walking distance as well as not too packed street for car parking (though its expensive), Alexanderplatz 2stops away or 20minutes by foot. Appreciate 2 electric fans - helped a lot during the stay.

Cleanliness could be better - first assigned appartment had cloth moths all over the place but manager changed it first hand. Second appartment had cloged shower drain which restricted us to using only bath. There were visible marks on curtains, cobwebs etc. Kitchen could be equipped better for a longer stay - lacking dishwaher and overall variety of utensils/etc. Ground floor appartments lack privacy because there are no daylight curtains - you either use night ones or expose your living to passer-bys. Lack of aircon is very much felt as we managed to visit during the hottest days of this summer.

The apartments are ideally located, close to the metro, 10/10. The room is spacious, quiet, and generally clean. It has all the necessary items for cooking. After the reception, there is an elevator (to the rooms), everything is fine. Very friendly and polite staff! Free tea and small sweets. Overall, we are satisfied with the vacation, the price matches the quality. Thank you!

We were a bit unsettled by the lack of cleaning for five days (they didn't change the bed linen and towels, didn't clean the floor, didn't add toilet paper). There are also minor issues with the repairs (the shower holder was broken). It was also not very convenient to go up to the reception with a luggage (confusing corridors, lack of an elevator and ramps).

Everything was well laid out, modern and beautifully appointed. The kitchen area was compact and very functional. The bathroom was great. The staff were amazing, especially when I needed help on the last day following an accident I had the night before. We will certainly go there again.

Some very minor things... 1. The mattresses were too thin to be comfortable for us two elderly people. The small bed creaks every time you turn over. The sofa made a much more comfortable bed. 2. On walking barefoot on the wooden floors in the apartment, it was obvious that the floor wasn't perfectly cleaned, however everything else was spotless. 3. Due to a misplaced key by a staff member, we had to wait when we arrived but Alena was so helpful and, when we did manage to check-in, Stefan looked after us with a better placed room. Sometimes it's the things that are not perfect - and how they are dealt with - that makes for a happy experience.

Location was very good. The room was tiny, but enough.

All the needs in the room were kept at a basic level. For example, soap, shampoo, etc. were not provided. Deficiencies were not checked and fixed during your stay in the room, trash was not taken away. In other words, the services you expect from a hotel were not provided. The pillows were very thin, not pillow-like. The covers-blankets were also very thin and was for one person. There was no extra blanket. I think these type of services need to be improved. Better pillows and covers could be used, it's not that hard. It could go a little beyond the basics.

The location firstly was absolutely amazing so central to most of the landmarks and main centre areas of Berlin. We were able to walk to all tourist attractions but the public transport was very handy with the metro and tram station 5 mins away from property. The room itself was so spacious and modern loved the cement wall interior gave a very industrial Berlin vibe. For those who are familiar with kitkat and tresor will be happy to know it’s a 5 minute walk away from the property making it very safe and quick to get home at late hours of the night .The closet was my absolute favourite. The place was super clean so no complaints there. It is also really close to a few cafes that serve affordable food quality pastries and coffee just around the corner, really handy for breakfast.

The door handle entrance system was very confusing and abit laggy at times made getting in and out the room abit difficult but not too much hassle.

Great location! if you're a fan of walking, this is a central spot from which you can easily reach interesting parts of the city. Museum island is a 15 min walk, Alexanderplatz the same, Kreutzberg about 30 minutes. There are some ok restaurants on the river bank. The studio is fine, the building is a private one, only the ground floor and first are studios. You have a separate entrance. Design and furnishing are good, you have everything you need for resting, depositing clothes, also a very welcomed sport- a place to have breakfast and a couch to relax on. The tv is small, but we didn't use it. A smart tv would be a nice addition as you can connect to it as a speaker and play some music.

The space is ok, but it could have been more clean, like other comments suggest too. The floor was dirty, if you walked barefoot you noticed it.... The sound isolation is not perfect, you can hear the people upstairs and the fridge is a bit loud. Take this into consideration if you re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Big apartments. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff really friendly and helpful.

This is advertised as adult only but it's actually in an apartment complex with loads of families so there's kids play areas right by the doors of the rooms which are noisy. On the first night we had a family above us with very noisy children and the rooms aren't very soundproof, meaning we didn't sleep at all between 2am and 6.30am. The apartment were very helpful and moved us and we had no further problems, but some poor other person will have got that room! It is understandable that areas with children will be noisy but the title of the booking is "adults only" and any guests are required to adhere to strict noise policies.

The apartment was huge and functionally equipped. The bathroom facilities were excellent - modern and very clean. There was plenty of wardrobe/storage space. There were a couple of bits of rubbish/used face wipes in the some of the bedroom drawers, but nothing that we couldn't just pop into the bin ourselves. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Kettle, toaster, hairdryer, towels all supplied.

We would have preferred to be a little nearer a decent grocery store and restaurants, but we would not have compromised on the space and facilities to have been nearer town, so were happy with our decision.
