Capri is easily accessible via bus 147 from Berlin main station. The nearest stop is just 150m from Capri. It is also walking distance to many places of interest. The room is clean and comfortable. You need to request for bathrobes and slippers as these are not in the room. Our unit has no washing machine/dryer but there is a WeWash washing machine and dryer on the 1st Flr which you need to pay to use. If you are going to the airport, you can take bus 148 ( bus stop is just 100m from Capri) to Alexanderplatz and then take the S bahn or DB rail to BER airport. Really convenient.

We were in the executive studio- large and comfortable room. Good kitchenette for a hotel kitchen. Breakfast was excellent- varied buffet with high quality and fresh food, including some cooked items. Quiet area on the edge of museum island, grocery store across the street. Bus transportation nearby.

No small table and chairs to eat at, though room was large enough and there was a kitchenette. Could have used a larger bowl and a few extra silverware in kitchenette. Bathroom sink became stopped up and because it was Sunday we were told there was no one available to fix it. Only after I said that was unacceptable, was told maybe cleaning staff could fix it, which they did. Also gave us free breakfast as compensation- again after I complained. Room only cleaned every 3rd day, but was never cleaned, though we were there for 4 nights. Location not near restaurants.

Everything is on a high level, staff, rooms, facilities, location, everything. Special bonus - we booked this last minute during the summertime, and it was still the cheapest option from many other hotels, which is quite amazing considering the quality we enjoyed.

The only thing that can be different is the breakfast price. While the breakfast itself was extremely good and enjoyable, the hotel's owner needs to realize where this Fraser hotel is located - Berlin is the city of breakfasts, and within a 2-minute walking distance, you can receive extremely good breakfast deals for much less than the 20 euro per person that is charged in the hotel.

The room was clean, bright and spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was super quiet. The toiletries were nice and with pleasant aroma.

The toilet bowl was too high for one of us (163cm high person) but it is not a deal breaker if you can use something to prop your legs up. While the whole room was very clean sometimes there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink. I think the pipes should be cleaned. There was a towel on the bathroom floor near the shower and we wondered why it is there but when we were taking a shower we found out that it was there to stop the water form reaching the rest of the bathroom. Not a deal breaker if you place it there and rinse it out after.

The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Conveniently close to the U-Bahn. Inside the room, it was very quiet — you won’t hear anything from the neighbors. Good black-out curtains.

We had a small issue with the climate control — even when set to cool, the room felt too warm on the first night. Once we turned it off, the temperature improved and was much more comfortable. There was also a ceiling stain from what looked like previous flooding. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did take away a bit from the otherwise great impression of the room. One more suggestion — a small shelf in the bathtub would be really helpful! I had to keep all my bath products on the floor, which wasn’t very convenient.

Rooms were much larger and better than how appear in pictures. We had a mini kitchen plus large dressing area away from sleeping area. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam. VERY QUIET. We were in room away from busy street but I think would have been quiet regardless. We heard nothing from outside or from any of the rooms around us and we know there were guests staying next to us. Air conditioning was excellent and quiet. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again

Charge for in room coffee capsules. At least give a few complimentary.

I have stayed at Capri several times and love the location. I can walk to most places I like to go (theaters and museums) within 20 minutes. I appreciate having a kitchenette and it is nice that there is an Edeka store nearby. Major buses stop right in front of the hotel. Also, kudos to the people, who staff the reception, who are so helpful. And Nicole (in the bar) is great.

Not a real complaint, but I miss the options there used to be for breakfast when the breakfast room was a restaurant open to the public. I loved (and miss) the Turkish breakfast options there used to be. That said, there were still plenty of good breakfast options. Also--it would be nice if the bar were open more hours, especially on the weekend.

The location is very convenient. There are two train stations within 10 mins walk to either one. And the museums are just around the corner! There's a convenient store and two bus lines right behind the hotel which is about 3 mins walk. The room is spacious with clean bathrooms. And with the small kitchen island you can cook simple meals if you don't want to eat outside. Highly recommend this hotel!

One of the front desk lady is a little impatient about my questions, maybe it's just a "German" style because people are very straightforward in Germany.

Capri by Fraser Berlin was perfect for myself and my son for 2 nights on a visit to Berlin. The room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - a good variety and nice and fresh. The lobby is a nice place to sit. Location is brilliant - walk to Alexanderplatz in 10 mins, 2 mins to the river, 5 mins to the museums.

There was a balcony, which we didn’t expect, so that was a nice bonus. But we were on the side of the hotel over the main road, so it was too noisy to sit out there really. But the road noise is not a problem at all inside the room.

The location is top! We came to Berlin for Christmas, and several fairs were just 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. There are indeed a lot of public transport options around that were bringing us to the city center. Our room windows were towards two gorgeous domes. We also liked the stylish lobby with a view on ancient stones.

The breakfast was ok but unvaried. Though, It seems to be enough for 2-3 days (we stayed for more than a week). There are not many food places around but the supermarket is across the road if you book a room with kitchenet and are willing to cook yourself.
