The location is perfect, almost all major interesting spots you like to visit are within walking distance. The small Nikolai neighbourhood is very charming, quiet and planty of bars and restaurants. On top the hotel has everything you need, good beds, perfect berakfast, nice staff. And it is clea it has been fully restored quite recently, spotless clean, everything is functioning perfect. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Two small items open to imprvement: The cushions are not the finest. And in the breakfast area, the coffee machine produces excellent coffee. But if too crowded during breakfast, the machine is too slow, you need either two or another machine.

This was a unique find. Bed #1 was immediate after walking in (no couch), with 2 small chairs, small table, desk, mini fridge & coffee/tea station. Beds 2 & 3 were in next small room, nothing else in that room. Walk through that room to get to back room, up a few small steps to king sized bed with side tables and nothing else. Enough room for family of 5 but could hold 6 easily if sharing beds. Key-card access. Great location. Good sized shower. One wardrobe/closet for suitcase. Nice toiletries. Never saw another person in the hallways and hotel seemed quiet.

Don't expect a lot of space for stuff, but was great for 5 people with 5 carry-on sized suitcases and 5 backpacks. Note close to church with bells. We liked it, but just a note.

Impressive array of amenities and extremely affordable compared to many other hotels in the area...I have no idea why they are only a 3 star hotel, thst seems really too low. I have stayed in half a dozen hotels in this area at least, always choosing typically based on the price per night, and I was very surprised when I got there to find that it was cheaper than all the others id been to but still came with things like a fridge, insane shower water pressure, electric kettle, tower fan, a safe, slippers etc...also a (really good!) Hair dryer, free baggage storage after check out, and a bathroom than was bigger by itself than some of the flatshare rooms I've had here in Berlin. Also checkout is noon which is great and the area is lovely too.

The location couldn’t be better! It’s so close to the Berliner Dome and the TV tower. Really nice and easy to walk around. Even though it’s in the city center, it’s quite quiet. I also really like the design of the three bed room. One of the beds is behind a wall that separates the two rooms which leaves space and privacy. The room is also very clean.

No breakfast. You have to put cash deposit or write credit card details in a paper as deposit. I feel a bit uncomfortable about it but the staff guaranteed the tear it down upon check out. Overall we really enjoy the stay and would come back and recommend.

Very nice room in a quiet area, but close to centre and within 3 minute walk of U5 train which goes across the city. Excellent breakfast. the hotel seemed very quiet while we were there. very friendly staff.

Very minor points. A quiet area but bin lorry turns up shortly after 7 - not a fault of the hotel. Coffee machine in breakfast room was slow. had to pay extra for cappucino from barrista (didn't know that until after we received the drinks). Suggest a new machine is needed, or we shouldn't have to pay extra. Again a minor point, but overall an excellent hotel and will book again

Brilliant location, only a short walk away from lively bars and restaurants, quiet around the actual hotel which is great. Berlin cathedral is very close and a lot of other sightseeing locations are walking distance. Really comfy mattress, clean room, and the staff behind reception are really friendly and helpful, gave us good recommendations.

Everything was great but the only thing was that the heated towel rail would make a fairly loud noise in the morning when it came on which woke me and my partner up. But we just got up and turned it off it wasn’t really a problem! Overall was a brilliant stay.

It is not the easiest places to find, particularly if you arrive late in the evening, please review the instructions by hotel in advance to help you. It is located in a very lovely little area and easy to walk to nearly all attractions and has a few restaurants and bars close by and train station is 4-6 mins away. I had issues with the wifi and technology in the room (tv/phone) and they resolved the issues and the night staff stayed after shift to fix which was appreciated.

European bedding (two beds joined together) is not my favourite style, but that is how they work there.

Frank at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early, but he checked us in and gave us the room keys. He also gave us a map and marked bus stops and some other interesting stuff. The room was the size of most rooms in hotels in big cities, but the bathroom was pretty big with a full size shower. The beds were comfortable. We were on the first floor (floor above the ground floor) overlooking the courtyard, but there was a roof below us, so we had privacy. We opened the windows when it got a little warm and it cooled off the room. Location was great, we arrived at Alexanderplatz station by FEX from the airport and walked the half mile there. Bus stops are also very close. Grocery store Netto is a couple of blocks away and very good.

Great value for money considering the quality of the room and the location (able to walk to a large number of main sights). All staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map with suggestions for sightseeing, places to eat and best modes of transport. The room was extremely tidy, with a great shower! We were also able to leave our baggage before checking in and after checking out, which was a huge help and greatly appreciated.

The restaurant was not up and running at the time, meaning breakfast wasn't available, however there are lots of nearby cafes that's they suggest. There is a nearby church bell that chimes from 6am, which can either be good or bad depending on your sleeping habits. Closing the windows did quietened the noise drastically.

I got there late, after 22:00, but getting inside was a breeze - I got especially detailed and easy to understand instructions from the night receptionist. Hotel is in a quiet part of Nikolaiviertel, so there were no noises during the night. The access to the room was super easy, and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely come again.

Nothing really - everything was tip-top, from location to facilities - very satisfied.
